Room 305 had bed bugs and a disgusting mattress. We immediately left. Videos and photos for proof.

Cleanliness, hotel staff very polite, microwave and refrigerator provided in each room (most hotels do not provide microwaves in each room anymore), free parking, and breakfast offered in the mornings hit the spot.. Very enjoyable stay!

The room was fine.

Only one employee was doing everything...including check in, breakfast, cleaning. Took 30 min to check in.

It looked nice from the outside.

Everything. I specifically came here for the indoor swimming pool. I called 3 times prior on different days and asked was the pool going to be accessible, I was told yes. All weekend. I only wanted the pool. So I rented a room where I only used it for 3hr

This hotel was dirty. The faucet in the shower had fallen off and a pipe was sticking out.

Location & cleanliness

Asked 2 days in advance for an ADA room and was told one would be available. Checked the next day and was told one would be available. When we checked in at 3:30 in the afternoon were told the only 2 ADA rooms in the bldg were taken.

The location is great and the free breakfast was really good.

The TV didn't work but the issue was quickly resolved .

Clean confortable,nice safe hotel

It was close to eating spots, stores, the interstate basically any need or service you were looking for was close by.

The door to my room had loose latching bolt, screws were coming out. It took forever to close as the mechanism seemed to be faulty. There frame had a cutout where some hardware was missing. The room could use a more modern upgrade in terms of style.

Close to where we needed to go and it was easy to get to. The breakfast was good, just not a lot of space for the amount of people

The furniture in the room was dingey, the bathroom wasn¿t cleaned well. No fan In the bathroom and the water pressure from the shower was terrible. Also they got rid of their hot tub

The location was good for us as we had our Dad at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville in Intensive Care and then he passed away.

The shower had black mold around the tile in the shower , my shower curtain was black with mold. The towels looked like something you would wash your car with . Thread bare and ripped . The owner was not very nice or accommodating.

Easy to get in and out onto the highway. The staff was especially nice, from the front desk personnel to the staff for the continental breakfast. Really excellent

I like the morning staff above all else

The gentlemen at the front desk, from India. He is the rudest person I've met in a long time. Beyond unprofessional. He's a liar and a theif

Pool was extremely cold. had to get toilet paper only 1 roll in room. Hair all over floor in bathroom.

The hotel seemed newly updated. The rooms were a great layout and the breakfast was decent but we had to take it to go due to the terrible chemical smell in lobby.

The smell of chemicals was overwhelming upon entering the hotel. We couldn't eat breakfast due to smell. The man checking us in was unfriendly & seemed unaware of how things run. Our room wasn't properly cleaned, the sheets had hair and stains on them.

Spacious, clean, and gave us a room close to the elevator as requested.

No hot breakfast as advertised. No vending machine on our floor.

There was no breakfast to speak of. They basically had to food. If you are short in supply and you know you have large bookings you need to tell the people who booked so they can make other arrangements. There were large groups there who booked the hotel.

Well lit parking lot.

Staff member hand wrote my credit card number expiration and pin (3 digit from back) on a separate piece of paper for incidentals rather than swiping or inserting. NOT warm and fuzzy about that! Breakfast was very limited when compared to other hotels.

The man - owner? - at desk was phenomenally rude. If I hadn¿t paid beforehand I would have left. No breakfast, tiny styrofoam cups for ok coffee.

Room size

No coffee! No warm breakfast! No printer! No housekeeping two nights! Looks like it is up for sale !
