Had a premium King, not much difference from regular King. No Tub. Complimentary snacks in room where extremely Stale!!!!

Close to hospital

Hotel stuff was very pleasant. The overall experience was good.

Gym needs a little bit updating. One of the treadmills was not working. It seems that it's been like this for a while. yoga matts were really dirty. They need to be replaced.

Had to change rooms thermostat was broken pool bottom was slimy water main break in lobby had no water half the day along with fire alarms going off..no service at bar when clearly they seen us setting there..waiting the stay was horrible

The receptionist was very friendly and professional.

$75 pet fee! Outrageous! Nothing I read about the hotel indicated this amount for the pet fee. A peanut m&m was on the floor in plain sight. I had to make sure nothing else was on the floor the dog might eat and get sick on.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was ideally located for my purposes. The entire facility was clean and well maintained.

Location, Cleanliness of the room, Housekeeping staff was very friendly, the room security, descent bar.

The elevators were terribly slow. Several people would walk down 3 flights before the elevator could pick them up and drop them off. Breakfast was nothing more special than a Holiday or Hampton Inn, but you had to pay for it. And the cook was not happy to

This hotel did not have my reservation; You all did NOT resolve the problem. I was waiting for 2 hrs for a resolution which you all did NOT do!!!!! You have definitely lost a 10 yr customer. Your customer service is SUBPAR

Yes! The pool and hot tub were closed. This was NOT noted anywhere during booking or check in. Breakfast was NOT included. I understand making changes due to Covid; but the price should reflect this. Hallways were hot & smelled smoky. Pillow smelled smoky

I like it because it has its own restaurant and bar. plus it has an indoor pool. I have stayed there in the past and it is always friendly and very clean. they always work with me when it comes to my room, because I am disable and it is hard to walk very

Filthy carpet not vacuumed.candy wrapper,toe nail clippings,watch battery,dental floss all on the floor.sheets appeared to be turned inside out and put back on the bed

This was such a perfect hotel to stay at. The staff were friendly, our room was clean and the price was reasonable. Not to mention in a great location and still close enough to Nashville. I wouldn't stay anywhere else why I was in Nashville.

My only complaint was breakfast was 10 bucks. Cracker Barrel is literally right beside the hotel so I'm not sure of the logic in that. Still, I loved this hotel and it was a great place to relax and enjoy Nashville.

I liked how the hotel worked with the family for the event that I attended--Johnthan's Graduation Party. I helped to decorate for the event but persons from the hotel and the person that handled the meal was awesome. Enjoyed my stay.

It was clean quite cheaper than competitors rates i would definitely stay again staff was very nice its close to nashville so the comute wasnt bad at all its right off the interstate with resturants with in walking distance super nice place to lay

Snakes in lobby are overpriced

fairly new and cheaper than Hampton Inn next door, frig & Keurig in the room
