Tru by Hilton Smyrna Nashville

Breakfast..nasty sausage. Area not kept clean. Pancake machine not working .

The breakfast needs updating and the location of this hotel with just a string of hotels with no restaurants next door is why I rate the location low.

Modern room. Large shower.

Not at all accommodating with travel disruption (delayed flights). Poor follow through with requests (out of soap in room upon arrival). Quality of breakfast declined over past few months.

I loved having my coffee in a proper ceramic cup. Also the option to not use a paper bowl or plate. I loved all the spaces for hanging out, inside and out.

Location right by the freeway

The rooms were not very clean. The floor was sticky, and the AC unit is blowing straight at the first bed by the window.

So clean and the beds were very comfortable

Sheets had a bit of a pill on them

It was in a good location and surrounded by everything I needed. I love the breakfast also.

The bottle of wine costing 10.00 dollars. ¿¿

I really like staying at Tru. They have a great breakfast spread, no carpet in the rooms, and this location has a pool table and games in the lobby.

Some of the Tru locations have smart tvs that allow streaming services. This one did not.

Location and price

Smallest hotel room I've ever seen. Big worm looking bug crawled up out of the shower drain during the night.

The room was so nice and clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

I loved everything but needed a bedside lamp.

The comfort of the bed, stand alone shower, the size of the tv and the available channels. Etc.

There wasn¿t any drawers to place my clothes in. The light switch that controls the light by the bed was by the door.

Pet friendly

Bathroom door would not close, ironing board broken, steam on iron did not work, room was tight - not a Hilton experience. Will NEVER stay at a Tru again. Was not given Diamond member gift upon check-in and had to ask. Not ample parking.
