Rodeway Inn & Suites Smyrna - Nashville Area

Pool not operable, no breakfast or coffees

Location

Snow and ice not cleared from walkways, especially from parking lot and walkways. Non-smoking room smells like smoke. Bathroom shower/floor very slick, toilet seat, moves sideways, trash in and around outside trash cans not removed daily

Close to where I needed to go

Literally dozens of cigarette holes in the sheets. TV did not work. Repair work and maintenance of trim, flooring was terrible.

The location was good

The tv wasn?t working and they had roaches ? the tub was infested the bathroom ? period room 229 specifically

The shower was super hot and the cable

Room looked very clean but was infested with roaches

large room, desk

low water pressure in shower and water wasn't as hot as I'd like.

The location

I only had one towel, the room hadn't been cleaned very well. Never had maid service or asked if I needed fresh towels. I wasn't expecting a lot because I knew the rating of the room. But it was spacious, the king bed was nice, huge TV and the location wa

Holes in floor,no spa or indoor pool as advertised, lines of dirt running down back of,no DVD player, shower only-no way to take a hot bath.I wouldnt take my ex- in-laws here!!! Horrible experience! Canceled room for 2nd night.

Horrible experience.Read above.

We where placed in three different rooms due to different reason first room tv didn't work second no tv and no heat third room was ok but it was smoking and I don't smoke. It was a run down hotel that people smoke weed in and was very loud.

It was only 8 miles from Nashville Superspeedway, which was why we had come to town.

Very hot in the room when we arrived. Even with the AC cranked all the way down, it took several hours for the room to become semi-comfortable. Lots of trash in the room on the floor and on furniture as well and the TV remote was partially broken.

Location

Birds kept in lobby with bird poop all over the floor. TV in room didn¿t work, remote had no batteries. Outlets that didn¿t work. Advertised breakfast, but none provided.

We were woken up at 7am by a man in the next room screaming expletives for 10 minutes. No staff were at the hotel so we just left because it was an unsafe environment. The floors were sticky when we checked in. We had a very negative experience.

Room was clean. Bed was clean.

There were Coffee cups and instant Coffee packs but no Coffee maker. Shower curtain did not cover tub/shower area and due to this water went out into floor when taking sower. Continental breakfast was empty and food that was there was old. No receipt !

TV was not working, they smoke weed all over the place. People live there like a residential home.

the only thing that was good about this hotel was the location.

i asked for the stickie waste to be mopped in my room when i checked in twice never did it. the tv did not work, there is no access to the lobby also there is no breakfast. the maintenance man was outside my door for nothing lookin in my room feor an hour

The check-in clerk was courteous.. Just driving up into their check in lounge was horrible. Our room look like it had been lived in. Other residents at the property looked like homeless people that were able to find a place to sleep. Smells of Pot

The whole property at the facility suggest residential living. Parties smell of marijuana people sitting outside the doors like they live there. Probably was a residential/Work hotel. disappointed, the smell of pot was too much to expose My wife to

Horrible customer service. They gave us smoking room, although requested non-smoking. Very old rooms. Very disappointed

Location was convenient, but due to the conditions we didn't stay there.

Couldn't get in w/key card. Comforter was old & ripped, tv didn't work. Light on bathroom ceiling didn't have a cover, bathroom door didn't shut. Sink light didn't work. Had to wait to check in & he showed up drinking a beer. Place shouldn't be running.

blood stains on carpet and stairs. floor nasty and not clean, urine stains on the walls of the bathroom, rude staff, drug addict's/drunks under steps. did not stay at all at this hotel, went to another, unable to get ahold of anyone at the hotel

It was in a great area with a lot of stuff to do around it.

Our door was covered in dents and partial holes, the card reader on the door didn¿t work so we had to break into it every time we wanted to get back in there (the staff told us to do that), they said maintenance would come to fix it and they never did
