Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Nashville - Smyrna - Murfreesboro

The room was nice and spacious.

The cold water indicator was red and the hot water indicator was blue.

The room was clean and comfortable

I was charged twice and I still haven't got my refund

It was clean. Quiet. Conveniently located.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel looks pretty new and well kept. Full kitchen, nice beds and nice walk-in shower. I liked how the hotel was close to restaurants and gas stations.

The breakfast was ok. I prefer a hot breakfast as apposed to a grab n go type breakfast but hey it is what it is. Not a variety of selections to choose from but overall ok.

Roomy, clean, friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was just grab and go, could have had more selection. Would appreciate some fresh food like fruit and not packaged bagels. Also juice is a must.

It was set back away from the road so it was quiet, didn’t look busy but seemed to be booked. Clean, staff friendly. Ended up w/a room next to the elevator & didn’t seem to hear it.

Seemed like training was still going on so it took longer to get the keys for the room. We had issues w/our key so we had to back to the desk & get a new one.

Upstairs guests were very loud rolling a chair for hours.

Very clean. Booked it last minute, and it was affordable

Due to only one front desk clerk at night, I had to wait for 20min since they were helping other guests. Need a portable phone so when the front desk is called, clerk should be able to answer. But beyond that, they were apologetic for the delay.

Huge and clean room.

Nobody was at front desk when I arrived and I had to call and wait long time to check in. “Breakfast” is granola bar and coffee, better don’t call it breakfast, call it snack.

Very clean and great location

The WiFi was a little slow unless you paid extra. A little pricey

Good location, easy to find, clean, quiet.

No hair dryer.

The room was clean and comfortable. Easy to get around.

Breakfast could be better. No hot food at all.

The room was very clean.

The breakfast was minimal. No hot breakfast unless you mixed instant oatmeal and no fruit.

The size of the room was great for me my wife and our 9 year old son.

Housekeeping wasn't very friendly.

Clean & convenient!

All was good

Kitchen facilities

I had to beg and wait for the kitchenware.

Grab and go breakfast wasn’t that great.

The room was good.

Breakfast was a joke. Nothing served are available except for muffins.

Away from highway yet close to everything else

No complaints

Very clean and comfort

breakfast was lacking , could have been better.
