Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Smyrna

The location of this hotel was perfect. It was several eateries and shopping stores. They had an indoor pool so even in the winter months you can still get your swim on.

Front desk service was unmatched!!! I stay here every time I come to Nashville and Ms. Mary always takes good care of me!

convenient and clean

There was a non-functional coffee maker, and when inquiring at the front desk, I was told there was a shortage of parts. Also I needed the front desk to come up and fix our tv so it worked. After some time, they got it working.

Easy to access, enjoyed the room and really comfortable bed!

Waited 15-20 minutes to check in because young female clerk was outside with a male. Absolutely unprofessional

The cleanliness was the most important! Staff was always so friendly and breakfast items were a good selection. If we visit Smyrna again- we will be back to Hampton!

I¿m a very dissatisfied with the absence of Wi-Fi in our room. If we wanted to use the Internet we had to go down to the lobby. This was not Acceptable. The breakfast selection was not good. This was not a pleasant stay for a Hampton Inn.

Staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and showed every concern for health. I witnessed them wiping things down several times, keeping distance, wearing masks, etc. Great job!

I miss Hampton's hot breakfast. I am very thankful that they have been able to offer anything at all, but dairy and wheat allergies prevent me from being able to utilize many options. I look forward to going back to normal in the future.

Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Excellent staff. It was a wonderful experience. My favorite hotel franchise now and going forward.

When we first arrived the gentleman at the front desk had the very best personality

I was disappointed with the shower. It was dingy. We stepped out to grab breakfast housekeeping had stopped by our room at 9 a.m. we had not showered asked the front desk after we had gotten around if they could leave shampoo Etc and no one ever did

Staff were very friendly. Great variety for breakfast. Easy to find & right off the highway.

The only thing that wasn't ideal was the fact that I was above the main entrance and could hear the sliding doors at the main entrance open each time. It was a bit distracting when trying to sleep, but I was able to deal with it.

Very clean, great location (access to food, shopping, interstate, etc...), & comfortable bed.
