This gentleman was great host. I exhorted to continue made the guest feel welcome

The front desk girl perhaps was a miss communication between us. Remember the first impression is a very important since this attracted guests to keep comeback to the hotel. The ice cold pool water & any bacon in the breakfast However, we will comeback.

The room was very comfortable

The fella that did breakfast the first day was wonderful. The lady who handled it the next day put out no hot food whatsoever

Clean and handy location

When we eating breakfast . I think a worker was lying down asleep on the cushioned booth by us . Didn?t think this was appropriate.

My husband found some cockroaches in our 2 or 3 days stay there and my husband took some pictures and told the front desk but they didn?t even do anything about it and didn?t offer us some discount. Bad customer service

Blackout curtains, hot breakfast, location is right off interstate and close to everything yet you don?t really hear the road noise too much

It appeared to be an old Embassy Suite hotel converted to HIE. Great location right off I-75. We appreciated having breakfast coupons including with the room. Breakfast was not buffet, but needed to be ordered with the wait staff.

There were some very loud guests in the rooms next to us. The noise went on far too long and surprised the hotel staff didn¿t manage it better.

Comfortability, breakfast bar and staff. Location was not bad as well.

I ask for trash bag I didn't get any until I left. I ask if they can tighty up a bit and get new towels never got that either. Breakfast closed early, food runs out fast never could accommodate to their guest on Breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing. The shower felt so good and it was powerful. It was an awesome stay.

Hot tub was broken. They are working on it.

Room was clean and suited our needs.

Only problem was we went to breakfast and got back to our room at 8am check out was 11 but the cleaning lady just open door and started to come in seen us and said sorry....

My room was very clean. The maid service went above and beyond my expectations. Front desk staff also excellent!

Harassment from housekeeping every morning at 830 am on the dot.

Breakfast ended to soon. Parking lot lights did not come on until an hour after darkness set in, we had to walk across a dark parking lot into the hotel.

No staff visible except at check in.....Apparently Express means less than I thought....Good bed poorly made up when we arrived, but room was adequate......Won't stay at Holiday Inn Express again-Too many better choices and we do travel often..

The staff was very accommodating. My son is in a wheelchair and they provided a shower chair because no handicap rooms were available. Our 2nd day there they were able to switch us to an accessible room, much larger and the bathroom area was perfect.

The continental breakfast was good, would have liked to have had more choices, maybe add some potatoes. I think they once had a waffle maker but was not there this visit. Bring that back please!

Good location close to interstate and very friendly staff. There is a cracker barrel right next door, which was convenient for us to eat dinner.

The room was supposed to have two queen size beds, but I'm pretty sure they were only full size.

They were short staffed for cleaning and the floor in my bathroom was dirty when I arrived.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean environment. Great breakfast buffet.
