The friendliness of the staff and ease of checking in.

The were popcorn kernels and bottle tops on the floor of the room.

The receptionist was great and it was fairly clean - appeared to have had recent upgrades.

The facilities were adequate but the door had a big gap & light came thru.I verified ahead of time that our room was inside for security purposes.When we arrived we were told they did not have any inside rooms. That was upsetting to me-did not feel safe.

Poor motel compare to other Best Western. Dirty, entry door not adjusted right, terrible soundproof. Sheets smell.

The receptionist was extremely RUDE. Telling me a couple of times that if I had a pet I better tell her now. Which I didn¿t. I booked a king bed but got 2 doubles. Completely Rude and opposite from my first stay but won¿t be going back . No normal TV

Very convenient! I was traveling alone and was nervous they put me in a room pretty close to the office so I felt safer. And check out wasn¿t until noon so I didn¿t feel rushed to get out. I really enjoyed my stay here and it was very clean

The beds were very comfy. Location was pretty quiet.

Personally didn't like being placed in the rooms that were faced out towards the parking lot. Rooms needed a big of renovation. Water pressure was terrible and very weak.

The staff was helpful , and the breakfast was decent

The rooms had odors and were drabby looking. Part of the outlets did not work. We could see outside around the edge of the door frame.

Multiple problems with the room. No shower curtain,even though the room had just been cleaned. Electrical outlet by TV not working. Fridge was unplugged and ice .melting had made a puddle on the floor. Hot water running in the tub( this is in several room

Draft,wind blows thru door. Even with heat on 90 it was a little cold.

People were very nice

Bathroom shower was dirty looked like mold around the tile

The free breakfast was pretty good. Much better than I thought it would be. I liked the microwave and fridge. I also liked express checkout. There were lots of clean towels.

It was a little musty and there was a very limited amount of soap and shampoo. There was no body lotion. I also don't like outside entries with walk up steps.

Room was clean and it was close to where I needed to be at. That is about it!

The Hot breakfast was terrible!

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Located in kind of a strange part of town...more industrial. No other chain hotels or restaurants close by.

There was a water leak in the bathroom. Also the commode and sink were very unclean.

Outdated and showing wear but did see on going construction at this facility.

Room was clean, staff were friendly family friendly nieghborhood :)

Dining area for breakfast was small and crowded some folks had to take food back to thier room, no place to sit :(
