RiverStone Condo Resort & Spa

Staff and the spa was excellent

The lazy river was hard to find so there for never got to enjoy it

My kids enjoyed the lazy river

Plenty ! But short version the walls were filthy we found 3 bed bugs staff was beyond rude when told and didn?t want to do anything about it until I showed the video of the bugs In room so she reluctantly gave us the cleaning fee back which wast much

The room was so spacious and was beautifully designed. It felt like home away from home with having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer.

Very nicely designed room

The main reason we booked this room was for the use of the handicap accessible hot tub. After we checked in,we found out there was no battery for the handicap lift chair for the hot tub.

The convenience and proximity

The staff was not helpful or friendly. TV did not work.

There was a nice view of the river and mountains from our room and the dog walking area was nice. The shower was large.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on in my life. My husband and I both have a lot of back injuries and chronic pain and we could barely move after sleeping in this bed. We are both still sleep deprived.

Very clean and comfortable. Loved all the space and the location was ideal!

Sometimes it was hard to pull out of the resort due to traffic and the position on a winding road.

Very nice and clean room

The cleaning fee, only stayed 1 night

Great location, attractive resort and friendly staff.

I have no negative statement about the hotel.

Spacious and everything we needed

Convenient location, beautiful property

Bad

Double booking...double billing promis of credit but had to get amex involved to eliminate the double bill.

Location was great! Staff very helpful. The problem we had was that pets are allowed and the amount of dog hair on the furniture caused us to change b clothes several times and the smell of the upholstery was bad I had to cover the couch with a bed sheet and the pillows with pillow cases. Would I stay again probably yes, but request a non-pet room.

We loved this place! ❤️

Pool inside was very dirty we only went once it smelled in pool room odor

Covered parking and quiet

Dogs barking

Had all essentials, clean room, great location, spacious, TVs in all rooms, cool lazy River, and nice landscaping

Water was off a few hours, the jacuzzi needed maintenance and nothing was offered for our inconvenience. The indoor pool needed cleaning.

The place was beautiful, staff were nice/helpful, the pool house was chefs kiss! Parking was great, they had a party for the guests one night.

The room was a tad small, but it was really nice

The front staff is beautiful & sweet! Love the property.

More adult late night offerings ,.. bar …. Lounge … massage late

I liked the amount of space. The staff were very nice.

The hot tub and pool were very dirty. Hair, bugs just floating around. No sponge in kitchen to do dishes.

Apartment size was great. Great Location to everything. Clean. Friendly staff. Lazy river was awesome

Too much duck poop everywhere lol
