Location

The cleanliness was sub par, Overall maintenance of the room was sub par. There were stains on the mattress, bedding, and carpet. Shower handle was backwards for H/C and shower didn't drain. Mold in the shower. Room smelled musty and like mildew.

Location Only, Staff were very rude the hotel was dirty was not taken care of, the people who own it live on the property in units under where we were staying, cooking stuff that made our room smell very bad, pool was dirty no breakfast bugs in room

this place is a scam do not book this place. there are 3 hotels with the same name on same road do not book this one . it was horrible people selling drugs in parking lot dirty rooms never cleaned our room in 4 days employee's rude just horrible place

With no prior notice motel said they were charging me $50 security deposit when I checked-in. Charged me 25 cents for ice.

The outside seemed a little bit iffy when we first pulled up, but the room had been renovated.

The front desk employee seemed as though she never wanted to work since the office was never open. The beds were very thin mattresses on metal platforms that definitely left a lot to be desired.

The lady at the desk was less than friendly when we checked in . The bed was hard . The windows opened to the street and were old and the light shown through all night. The phone would not work to call the front desk . The breaker was out in the heate

Great location, pretty quiet, late check in.

The lobby was not open until 9am. We had to wait for an hour to check out.

Only one worker, advertised a spa and indoor pool but there was none. Requires a $50 deposit when signing in but wasn¿t advertised, beds were uncomfortable, stayed two nights and never got any new towels.

The location was the best part about this place. Customer service was good and got into room easy and no issues.

With its great location near everything also meant that it was really loud even in later hours. It wasn¿t updated whatsoever but no bed bugs and we didn¿t stay in the hotel much. Parking was limited and truck behind us had us blocked in because so close

Behind his hotel, they had working for staff members in a carnival. And it was very scary to have my children out past dark. Also, when you get there, they ask. If you booked online if you book online, they ask for a deposit on your credit card the charge

I¿ve stayed in some crappy motels but this one was horrible roaches in the frIdge dirty room we were woke up to rats fighting in the ceiling we left early no one around to get a refund and no one answered the phone the multiple times I called 0 stars

Was a convenient location to Dollywood.

The room was poorly maintained. The laminate floor was separated in several places and the floors were sticky.

Very clean hotel, centrally located to everything. Very quiet. Will definitely stay here again. Was one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

The only thing we didn't like was the TV channels. Not much of a selection to watch. But we weren't at the hotel long so it really didn't matter.

Only the location

Rooms were dirty especially bathroom and shower was dangerous plus it leaked around shower head our bed was never changed or made they did gives clean towels and took the trash out but other than that we were disappointed

Pool water was green, a/c didn't work. We are both semi handicapped and the room was upstairs and all the way at the end and wouldn't give us a ground floor room. Parking was horrible.

Friendly staff with a great location. Room was clean and just what we needed.

They refused to honor the room I already paid for because I live in Sevier county. Very unprofessional and rude when I told him I wanted a refund then. It should be known and posted they will not accept locals.

The clerk that checked us in was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped us connect with the hotel wi-fi and she had a great personality.

The pool was closed. not a big deal though, and the threshold was coming up in the bathroom and I stubbed my toe LOL.

The location of hotel was on Main Street, literally walking distance to everything if we chose to of course

The hotel could use some improvements especially in the light in the hotel. Couple of lamps with a young child drove us crazy
