The bed was very comfortable and housekeeping staff very nice. People at front desk left before we got there...was not able to check in until the next morning..still had to pay for the previous night. We were not informed that we had to be there by sp time

Alot. Tried to explain to front desk about not being able to check in. She rudly informed me that it says on all of there sites you have to check in before a certain time. There was no breakfast due to construction that went on from early morning to evenin

The location was excellent for my event. Just a few minutes by car from my destination (The LeConte Event Center). I also managed to avoid much of the bustle of the main drag (Parkway) in favor of the back entrance (River Street).

The room was not as spacious or clean as the online photos would suggest. There was a good bit of noise from the outside and other rooms. The door seemed less than secure (though there were no issues--it just rattled in the wind).

Staff was rude, very shady! Twice we put a do not disturb sign on our door and twice it just came missing off the door! Im assuming intentionally so housekeeping could go into our room and steal items of ours with no repercussions from higher up!

    Location was great

Dirty, moldy , smelly room. Water damage on ceiling and burn marks on floor and bedding Shower was made for people 4 foot tall Bugs in room Parking was was terrible Nobody in office after 11 :00 pm for emergencies and no emergency number listed

I liked the location of the hotel because it was not to far away from local attractions.

The only big thing I did not like was the bed in the room. The bed was completely worn out.

    location

not keped up very run down no ice carpet taped down bath tub moldy.

The room location is quiet. The room is old yet clean and functional. With the price I paid, it exceeded my expectation.

One of the front desk stuff was not nice and I can barely hear what he saying, yet all the other stuff are good

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-26-2022

    It was close to everything

It's very run down and had holes in the sheets and shower curtains. But at least it did not have bugs

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-17-2022

The hotel was in the heart of the main strip in Pigeon Forge. Close to everything!

The hotel floors were filthy. Our socks turned black each time we took off our shoes. The bathroom tub was chipping, and the faucet was pulled out from the wall. The beds and linens were clean. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room as well.

The best and only thing about this hotel was the location . It is on the main strip in Pigeon Forge and easy to get to .

This hotel was way over priced and the staff when we tried to check in was awful and extremely rude ! We were told we had no reservation there and to go down the street . I politely said hold on let me get all the paperwork and when I got back in they sud

    Great location

Poor tv service ,poor air conditioning, low water pressure

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-20-2022

    Location.

Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke - it was ingrained in the carpet - yuck.

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-1-2022

    Breakfast. The bed was comfortable.

This motel was less than 2 stars rating. No room service is cleaning, trash, makeup bed even though it charged a cleaning fee.

    8MarthaPosted on: 5-29-2022

    reasonable price

bed was high and I was afraid of falling
