It was very close to Dollywood and a wonderful cozy place to relax after a day in the park. The room was perfect for our family and quite comfortable. We were able to enjoy a meal by the fireplace in the fox den. Check in and out was seamless. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Size of room was decent for price. Good location in reference to activities and restaurants. Pool was wonderful. Great water pressure for showers. The people in the room next to me had a dog (not pet friendly hotel) that was barking and the situation was handled in a timely manner.
Staff wasn't necessarily friendly. Bar closed at 10, even on weekends. Breakfast buffet was additional $17.99 a person each morning and food was not that good.

Location was great.
Price per night seemed a bit excessive.

The location was great and the room was very clean
was the worst experience I have had in a hotel. What is meant to be a 4 star hotel. First the property charged my card before I arrived without my consent, when I asked why they said because I booked with booking.com. my booking was free cancellation with no prepayment. 2nd they sent me an email about upgrading to a suite and I replied yes, upon arrival they said that is an automatic email and they would not be accommodating, fine, but would not answer if they charged me for the upgrade. 3rd the walls were so thin we heard, for 2 nights, the person next to us slamming the door every 10-15 min all night from 8pm to about 2 am and then picked back up at 6 am. Screaming children, people hitting the walls and just such loud noise that it kept us awake including my kids who sleep through almost anything. When I advised the front desk I was told we can't do anything for you because you used booking.com (not true) I recommended they update their soundproofing and was told I am not the first to make this complaint. For almost $400 a night this was not at all worth it. I feel ripped off for the service and the fact I could not sleep for more than hour for 2 whole days.
