Vista Suites-Near Island Drive

The location

Noone was ever at the front desk. You had to schedule room service. The elevators didn't always work. You got lucky if you got hot water. You don't get enough towels. Cockroaches on the floor in the room and in the stairwell. Breakfast was never long.

Rude staff, filthy rooms infested with roaches, filthy bathrooms, filthy sticky entry doors, rotten baseboards, dirty carpets, we had to go purchase our own towels and washcloths bc they didn't have enough. We checked out a day early after seeing roaches

They waived the $30 check in fee because we were about an hour early.

Front desk NOT manned didn't answer calls either. Curtain FILTHY, bathtub stained, wallpaper & carpet stained. Charged extra $10 resort fee. Door wouldn't shut properly & deadbolt wouldn't work properly. No washcloths. NO breakfast served. NO hot water!

Charged extra upon check-in; seldom had hot water; no functioning ice machine on premises; hot tub water unsanitized; not all hot items for breakfast were hot; the gravy was inedible (too salty), etc.

We weren’t even able to stay at the hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very strange individual. We arrived in our room to find room dirty with blood stained sheets. We were sent to 2 more nasty rooms and left. We want a refund!!!!!

I liked that it had an indoor and an outdoor pool and was close to some of the things we wanted to do

There were a lot of new people training which was fine, but mistakes were made and no apologies issued.

Everything. There was no housekeeping. Breakfast was lousy. The indoor pool and hot tub were nasty. There was trash everywhere. If you need a fly by night hotel, no little kids, this is your hotel.

The room was NOT clean and when I notified the lady and the desk she said ok and that was all. The mattress was ripped as if they were slit down the sides the pool and hot tub had a BROWN ring around them

Bugs in bed, room was nasty, sheets was dirty. We checked in and did not stay. Took the lose and went somewhere else. Horrible place

Had to ask for towels daily, no toilet paper or paper towels in lobby bathroom, only one roll of toilet paper in our room, no cups in the room, phone did not work in room, ran out of food at breakfast time, lady in breakfast area was not friendly,

Unclean, noisy and not well kept at all.

The room was not clean. A drink was left in the refrigerator. The AC did not work. Only one employee was working the hotel so restocking breakfast was slow. We had a guest who chose to ?pig out? leaving little sausage and eggs for other guests.

Lowest price

The advertisement said the suite slept 6. However, the sofa bed was a single. The mattress on the sofa bed was extremely stained. There seems to be only one staff member for the entire hotel.

Air conditioner did not work no light bulbs in lamps when ask for some the lamps still did not work

Multiple issues;indoor pool was murky, outdoor pool was not open (6/24 in TN) and there was a horrible/moldy smell around pool area, the room also had a bad smell, shower didn?t seem clean and empty beer can on balcony.

Our room was not vacuumed, ice machines not working, had to ask for towels and toilet tissue

Close to attractions.

Dirty floor in room. Used soap still in shower. Ran out of breakfast before allotted time. Television is Vizio only channels available were free from Vizio streaming channel. Room key quit working had to wait at desk for service sign read be back in 10.
