Very dated room/dark/bedding and pillow was pretty bad

Well maintained and very clean room . Our two bedroom suite was the best . We had a amazing stay and will recommend to anyone traveling to pigeon forge

I call it "putting lipstick on a pig." The updating that had been done (like engineered hardwood floors) did not match the remaining decor. Nasty, unsightly mattress in the parking lot. Cheap, uncomfortable couch in living room.

The hotel was very conveniently located to Dollywood and the Island. The breakfast in the morning was good many varieties of waffles. The room was clean and stocked with fresh towels daily.

The sofa bed mattress was very thin uncomfortable and u could feel the springs and metal bars. Pillows on all the beds where very flat and uncomfortable.

This hotel meets all my expectations! Cleanliness, spacious,friendly staff, and price.

Bathroom door knob was broken and would not lock. Pull out mattress in sofa bed was stained.

2 inches of sloppy caulk holding up toilet, folded paper towels keeping fan straight, general lack of maintenance

breakfast, room outdated very bad, spill in front of frig was there when we checked in and even when we checked out, a person used our outside hvac unit as their own sitting and smoking area with the staff seeing this, cig. butts and trash in our outside

The wifi was virtually non-existent, the rooms were dirty & in bad need of updating, everything in the "gym" was broken or torn. Very unhappy & will never stay again!

The price and how the room was set up

Good breakfast, saved us from going to a restaurant and paying a lot of money.

Hotel needs updating, which the owner said they are planning on renovation next year.

It was very nice and clean, loved our room very spacious, loved the pool and the arcade, and the breakfast was good, and the hotel was close to everything.

Pool was nice. Staff was very courteous.

The hotel was not clean. There was hair in our bedspread and towels. The floors are dirty. We had to Lysol and clorox the room just to be able to stay. The hotel is in dire need of updating. There are old mattresses and broken furniture in the parking lot, maybe for the trash to pickup, but after four days it wasn't picked up-Looks terrible. We left our dirty towels and trash for the cleaning staff to pickup at 10am and when we returned at 11pm it was still on the floor outside our hotel room. The breakfast was absolutely awful. We had to go buy stuff for breakfast the rest of our stay.

Stayed here many times and never disappointed, clean and breakfast was a great bonus

The people above was up until 2-3am and very loud and the ones next door were very loud as well, needs to be more restrictions on quiet time
