no exhaust vent in bathroom, shower control was to pull out bottom of spigot which was difficult to operate, no clock radio, cobweb on lamp. Room quality was much less than what we expected. Room was over priced and I am sorry that we chose this hotel.

Never enough coffee, the second day every single coffee pot was completely empty at like 9AM

Breakfast was good,excersise room good. Staff good. Location is off the main drag. Yummy cookies. Ran out first day

Needs a remodel. Top floor super noisy from air conditioner on top of roof? Toilet allow to refill sink drained super slow.

Great location near attractions & restaurants - Nice variety of food for breakfast - Bed was very comfortable. The pump soaps in the shower are much better than the tiny ones usually offered.

No one was cleaning during the breakfast time, so we had to sit at a table that had crumbs all over the floor under our feet.

Hotel staff was very pleasant, the room was outdated but was clean. The dishes were not the cleanest but soap was provided to wash them. The breakfast bar was stocked and food was edible.

The location was a little hard to find but overall it sat back off the road so it cut down on noise. The pool was heated so on a 90 degree day it was too warm in my opinion. Would have preferred a little but cooler water to cool us down.

It was in a great location.

I had to go down to the front desk to get towels and hand soap and toilet paper. I had to go down to the front desk to have my room cleaned. I stayed there for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned one time.

The large space and that the pool is opened late.

Our rooms never got ac. It was only in the living room that stayed cool. The front desk associate was rude and short (tone) with me when I asked for towels. She stated that I needed to come to the front desk to get them. Rooms needs updating. Sofa dirty.

Staff was amazing, let us check in early. Great breakfast. Pet friendly!

The kitchenettes didn't have much for cooking. Etc. Had like 3 paper towels on roll and kleenex box was empty.

Tucked back from the main thoroughfare of Pigeon Forge, so quiet. We left a bag of stuff in the room and they kindly found it and put it behind the front desk for us to return and pick up.

This hotel needs updating. Carpet in room was worn and overall feel was that it had not been renovated in a long time. Surprising for a Hampton Inn, which is usually a reliable hotel brand. Understaffed and what staff were there seemed stressed.

The suite size was nice. It was nice to have some extra room. The breakfast included was good.

The WiFi was awful and completely down at times. The bathroom faucet hot/cold was backwards. The light switches were weird if they existed at all, and the bathroom light switch was on the outside of the bathroom.

Internet worked, but difficult to connect. Then, it tricks you to sign up for their reward service. Worst of all hotels. Room night stand doesn't have full device connections like other hotels. Overall, Hampton is not staying current with other hotels

Cleanliness, hot breakfast, coffee around clock, friendly & helpful employees.

Breakfast was great as usual per Hampton standards.

I did not like that there was no cleaning service while at the hotel. We had to ask for towels and other supplies each day. We were in Pigeon Forge last year during the pandemic and the hotel we stayed in had cleaning service for the whole week we stayed.

Location is convenient to the places we wanted to go. Breakfast was good and convenient. Nice room.
