Coffee location and price

There were nothing seriously wrong they were renovating so it was apparent all around but the host was nice and helpful

It was cheap. You get what you pay for.

Too close to the restaurant, no spots available got the jacuzzi and it was missing the buttons.

It was nasty, and the people there were up all night drinking. There was a couple incense for the police were called.

Location

The people outside bumming, lots of arguing and yelling from the worker that lives in the hotel, very unprofessional, no house cleaning was done and I always had to ask when we needed something for the room.

Staff at desk was kind and right next door to a golden corral that has wonderful breakfast.

The motel rooms are older and micro sized. No space. Shower head was a water saver so can¿t rinse off. Bottom base of beds are metal so they are loud when you bump into them¿..and you do a lot. Linens are mismatched. White top sheet and navy fitted shee

Location was in Pigeon Forge.

Many people smoking in the breezeways and parking lots. There was mold on the shower curtain and a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The toilet was very low - more like a preschool toilet. Couldn't find laundry facility.

It had dried pee on the floor and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. Front office was advised there was mold and he brushed it off

The beds! There was 2 queen beds and they were hard as a rock. When we went to the clerk, there was nothing they could do¿but give us 2 small blankets to fold up and try to make a little bit of cushion. Do not stay in room 308

That I never have to stay at this hotel ever again!!!

Actual hotel looks NOTHING like photos. Top covers had cigarette burn holes in the covers on both beds, the covers were VERY stained, room is hot, they turn off ac after cleaning. Worst hotel experience ever!!! A/C was pretty loud as well.

An excellent location for seeing everything in Pigeon Forge. Good Parking. Maid was friendly and kept us in clean towels.

Rooms need a good cleaning of floors and woodwork. Hair dryer did not work and the commode handle was broken.

The cabinets was broke there was hair in the corners the hairdryer looked like it hadn¿t been cleaned in years . The pictures online look nothing like it does in person . We had a non smoking room but had cigarette burns on the blankets and mattress.

Woman that works front desk is nicest person around. Always a smile and genuinely seems happy to see you and talk with you.

The location was great and the beds had nice mattresses.

Absolutely filthy, stinky room. It smelled like cigarettes. There was hair all over the shower walls. The water pressure was nil and the ice machine was not working. No coffee maker in the room¿ it was awful. I paid for a 5 star hotel and stayed in a dum

Not much location was good

Price was triple what they were advertising. Jacuzzi had no control buttons. Room not very clean. Burn marks on tub in a non smoking room. Was threatened with 250 charge for pets that we didn¿t have but had to listen to barking dogs.

I left something in the room ,i called the front desk . i asked her to call me I¿d pay shipping what ever it cost to get it to me , I called back later said nothing was in the room .. I don¿t believe that , disappointed , dishonest

Toilet won't flush. Bathtub won't hold water. Hairdryer didn't work. They said no pets. We saw 8 or 9 rooms with dogs. Not either parking. No coffee pot in room. We will not stay again.

It was really nice to have two rooms.

I didn¿t like that when I brought a problem up with the room that the front desk/ owner didn¿t do anything about it.

Hair in shower. Toilet ran the whole time. Beds was terrible. Cockroach bigger then you could imagine. Must be feed well¿¿

The location of this hotel was great. There are ramps to the second and third floors I stead of stairs which was really nice!

The bathrooms are a little small and confined. Otherwise this hotel met expectations.
