Pros +

Newly built rooms with multiple bedrooms - not something you always find in the Smokies.

Cons -

Indoor pool is at the adjoining property, rooms were NOT ready at check-in, and be sure to wash any dishes before you use them. They indeed look clean, but there was a film in the pots once filled with water - film went away after we cleaned them.
