I liked the privacy and location and was a lot more room then a cramped hotel and being able to park right outside the room was nice

The only issue I had was the lady in the office .. she was extremely rude .. she acted like it was a burden to do her job and was honestly just straight ignorant from the moment we got there ¿¿

The location was quiet and secluded yet near many major attractions.

More bowels and spoons. The space slept 6 but only furnished dinnerware for four persons.

The location, it wasn’t on the strip where it was really busy, it was quiet and secluded

We were traveling with our grandkids, they wanted to play air hockey, couldn’t get it to work, it took my granddaughter’s money, so updating the arcade would probably be helpful

The location was great and the size of the unit was great

The hot tub didn’t work, the first night there our little ones were walking on the floors that were supposed to be clean and when we were ready for bed their little feet were very very dirty we also had to clean under the couch and tv stand. Wouldn’t have been so bad if we had had a mop but for the whole week we had to deal with the floors and then we were expected to make sure all the sheets and pillowcases and towels were in the living room before we checked out. If I am going to have to do all that then why should I be required to pay a cleaning fee?

Quiet location that is very convenient to attractions. The family enjoyed the use of the pool and had a ping pong tournament.

The tile in our bathroom needed to be repaired. It would have been nice to have doors on the washer/dryer to muffle the sound.

This facility is very clean! Very easy to get to. Close to everything. The staff is phenomenal. I love the fact that there’s a washer and dryer right in the unit so we were able to wash our clothes before coming home. My daughter had a mustard issue and we were able to wash the shirt right away. Everything was comfortable a living room and dining room the kitchen, the bedrooms. EVERYTHING! This is the place we’re gonna stay from now on when we go to Piegon Forge.

Pull out sofa needs to have one with a thicker mattress

It was secluded enough to where you didn't get a lot of noise but was just a short drive to all the attractions. Beds were comfortable and loved the fact that we had a bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs both with showers. Check in and out was very easy.

Could use some upgrading. It would have been nice if the porch/balcony had a roof so we could have sit outside while it rained on one of the days we stayed. The steps going upstairs are kinda steep but it was a good stay.

We loved everything about this place. This is the second time we have stayed here and both times it was amazing. All the staff are super helpful and nice. When something goes wrong they fix it as quick as they can.

First apt smelled like smoke and urine. Furniture worn and unclean

The cover on the bed had pizza stains on it, no bedding for sofa bed and it took 4 hours to dry one load of clothes in the dryer. We stayed last year in a different unit and it was perfect. This one was a little dissatisfying

Just little outdated

Great location. quiet and calm. Spacious, has some standard clean utensils. Great backyard. Heating/cooling works nicely.

Squeaky beds, dusty floor and couch. People with dust allergies should be careful. Would have been nice if salt/sugar were provided. Hard to have issues addressed after hours.

Far enough away from the parkway to have peace and quiet but close enough to get where you need to go quickly. If you prefer a more home-like experience while on vacation, this place is perfect. Friendly staff and courteous neighbors.

The common area could use some updating.

Quiet and nice to be off the "main strip"

The kitchen needed to be cleaned better for arrival. Ice maker in our unit makes a lot of noise.

Mountain meadows is in the perfect location. It's just of the strip but far enough that it's quiet.

It was NOT clean. There was hair on the floor and in the shower. There were stains on the covers on the beds. This place had so much unrealized potential and we will not be staying there again.
