Bed was a little old and you could feel the springs

The inside pool could be a tad heated

Clean, quiet, and the pool was open in March!

No free breakfast

The fitness room was closed during our stay. It was being used to store new TV?s and other items during the renovation of the hotel.

Dogs barking all night and hotel staff did nothing about it. I asked multiple times but was blown off. I was told the next morning I would receive a refund but that has never gone through. Don?t stay here. It is used as a kennel.

The bed, not comfortable at all the pillows were terrible. A few stains on the couch bed.

TV stopped working; noticed staff and they said we would have to wait until the morning for maintenance. Maintenance never came.

The large room with plenty of space. The very nice hospitable staff.

Parking was limited, but it was a holiday weekend.

They did not automatically do housekeeping in your room. You had to schedule it.

Booked a jacuzzi room, black gunk came out of jets so not able to use! Staff was aware this happens but still books rooms without notice. Had bar charges on account that were not ours. Needs better security

New hotel , clean, off the main rd so traffic was easy to get to

Paid extra for a balcony but they don¿t spray for spiders so there was a ton of them out there, so was disappointed that I couldn¿t sit out there.

Checking in was longer then others checking in. Wrong room for money paid. Charge higher for lower grade room. Dog in the continental breakfast area & dogs in the hotel big turn off.

The bathroom door was warped (would not close) ,the corner of the small table was sticking out (pealing), and the hot tub was unusable because of the slime (black junk) that came out of the pump whenever activated.

Excellent customer service!! Friendly staff. Very clean environment!! Very close to shopping and dining and theme parks. I would highly recommend this place to stay for any event or vacation!!

There was absolutely nothing we didn¿t like.

Location is fabulous. Cleaner than expected especially considering they are pet friendly. They seem well staffed just now and staff are happy and helpful. This three star hotel is a gem.

I love this place. People make all the difference and this staff is fantastic. Short handed like everyone else but service is still there. Super clean. Good coffee and the continental breakfast is surprisingly well done. Pet friendly & great pools

Lobby and hall was nice with new carpeting. Nice hot tub.

Carpeting in our room seemed dirty. Mattress worn and lumpy. Poor lighting in room. I ran my hand across counter tv is on and it had a layer of dust. Kind of disappointing for a Hilton.

Location was great . Close to everything.

They seemed upset that I booked with a third party . Told me I lost points and that I could not have any of the breakfast since I booked with third party company .

THE location is great for getting to anyplace. Is off the main parkway. The decor was nice. Nice fireplace, bed was better than some, but could have been better for the price.

if wanted clean towels, you ask for them the night prior, same with cleaning, coffee, creamer, tissues. not sure if due to covid or short staffing. No masks were used by any staff or visitors. Room we had was balcony view, but the cupola blocked view.
