It is a fantastic clean , beautiful hotel. The view from the porch on the 6th floor is amazing. Highly recommend

The location is wonderful, and the rooms are spacious.
There was only one elevator working.

Location and facilities were excellent
Air conditioner will not keep the fan on and the intake is in the bedroom there for it cuts on and all throughout the night waking you up

Great location near all attractions and helpful staff. Enjoyed views of Smokey mountains from roof top and room. Family friendly hotel.

Rooms were clean and spacious
Pay for WiFi no wife, so tv didn’t work either talked to the woman at front desk she said the whole area was out and hopefully it would be back up soon but wasn’t sure it finally came back around 8pm which is kind of inconvenient for toddlers and children and all TV ran off WiFi hardwire cable so if WiFi is down you can still watch tv.Front desk was rarely manned. Had to ask a cleaning lady where pool towels were located and she didn’t know said I should ask the front desk and well nobody was there to ask. More staff and this place could be top notch decent selection at the store children’s options would be a plus

Hotel is very nice, clean and the breakfast was really good.
Had a water leak in the bathroom sink and woke up to a wet floor.
