The location is good for the tourists to Great Smoky Mountains. Although it is near the main road of the town, it is quiet. You can easily find some restaurants because they are just in front of it. Parking is easy. Breakfast is standardized as many other similar inns. Room size is fine for a family having 3 - 4 persons.
It would be better if there was a fitness room (anyway, it's not a big deal). Bath room facility looks to be checked and maintained, we can not 100% switch the water flow from the tub spout to the shower head, this makes the water pressure from the shower head lower than expected.

Room was clean and smelled cleaned. Staff at the counter were friendly and nice. Plenty of luggage transporters. Breakfast was good and they had fresh fruit. Hotel was set back a little from the main drag, so street noise was very little. Prety good deal for the price. I would stay again if the price was competitive.
Access to the hotel from the main drag is cumber some with bubby street.

Room very clean, I had seen a recent review that mentioned bugs. We did not see any at all. Room was spotless. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than I expected. Price was great. We were here to visit Dollywood Christmas. Very close to Dollywood Lane, across from "Yellow House". Straight access to the park. Easy drive to rest of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Oh a this may seem petty but there was a channel directory for TV, I hate having to channel surf to find the channel I want to watch, Thank you !
Room fridge wasn't working well but wasn't an issue for us. Advised staff when we checked out

The staff are friendly and polite as well as helpful. You have a great view of the mountains, and you’re on the Parkway yet you’re not too close.
If you go on vacation to stay in your room then this may not be the place to stay; but if you go on vacation to see the sights

We have stayed at this motel before so we knew it was a perfect location. Room was large with plenty of seating area with great wifi. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is better than most motels.
The bathtub had a dip in it which made it hard to stand or move while showering. Bride and I are both 74+.

Location is excellent. Staff is great. Love that it is pet friendly! Coffee station available 24 hrs is a plus!
End railing on 3rd floor balcony is so loose it's dangerous! Wish there was balcony chairs outside your room.
