I loved the pool and the breakfast. I was very fun and the food was very good.

The bathroom in my room had a very bad smell. We got spray and even started looking for something dead that was left behind. We had to leave the door shut and tried not to use it if we did not have too. We figured it was something down the drain.

The staff and location

Stains on floor and sheets loud and windowless broken sink broken water was not hot and breakfast was lousy bed uncomfortable

Registration was very helpful and went the extra mile, because I have arthritis and needed a bath tub. She went upstairs and found one for me. Breakfast was great, a lot of options

Very clean,, staff attentive and friendly.

No hot water showers, rooms extremely small and air conditioner unit too small to keep room cool.

Beds could have been more comfortable

Everything we travel from hotel employee . We where meeting there in Tennessee.I booked the hotel way in advance.When I got to the hotel they were closed for renovation no one contacted us.I had to find another accommodation. That cost more money.

Door wouldn't work. TV rook forever to load. Bed was broken. I was bitten by something on my eyelid and cheek. Lady said black bugs comes through the window at night. They call the sweet black bugs. Room smelled like wet dog.

Yes we only had an electric fireplace for heat. No furnace it wasn't working and the fireplace quit working in the night and we froze

Great location and prices

The TV was a display TV and would not work. Guests are extremely loud in the morning because breakfast is served in a small lobby outside the ground floor rooms.

There was no phone no microwave no refrigerator in the room. And they had cockroaches, very dirty

The bed was Very Uncomfortable and air conditioner froze up. No breakfast until Fridays. Need to serve it everyday

I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel. The description of the accommodations on your website was false as the rooms didn¿t even come equipped with fridge, microwave, hairdryer and there was no hot tub

No microwave, fridge, hairdryer, hot tub all that your description stated it had. The linen on the bed was dirty, roaches, toilet didn¿t work, one room air didn¿t. Mold in AC ( window unit). Floors in hallway had flooded water. All I have pics to verify

I think people lived there.A Couple arguing,loud music,person yelling at a baby,No pillows or blankets.ETC .I could go on and on.

The staff was very nice

The lobby smelled like too much air freshener and we had some bugs in our bathroom.

The staff was delightful and accommodating to the best of their abilities.

The mattresses were hard, the towels were soft as sandpaper, and the A/C was out. It is the middle of July; we could not sleep. We can't decide if it was the mattresses or the heat that most prevented us from sleeping.

Very close to local attractions

Very old, only one elevator works. No tv remote in the room, ac worked minimally.

The location was good

The hotel was dirty, VERY run down and smelled bad! They advertise free breakfast but that is not the case! The pool was closed and looked in major disrepair! Awful experience, we left early and went to a different hotel! My daughter begged me not to make

Location was close to a lot in the area.

Not clean. There was noticeable mold in both rooms I booked. Bathrooms were dirty and our bathtub leaked. Rooms smelled &there was noise all night in the hallways as well as outside in the parking lot. Staff was running around outside looking into rooms.
