Breakfast and housekeeping staff were excellent. Pool was extremely clean and wonderful.

Location, great breakfast included plus free parking, and the kids enjoyed the lazy river and water slide.

The pool was a hit with the kids. The outside pool stayed open late but I would have liked for it to open earlier than 9:00 a.m. breakfast was great.

We got a standard double queen. the bathroom was nice. The fridge was very small and was more like a wine fridge it did not get very cold and no freezer. No rugs under the beds and beds not attached to headboard so they slid around. Need better pillows.

They canceled my booking without notifying me…Got there no. Booking.even though it was paid for …took about 20Minutes and they got it fixed .

Really nothing. Maybe more bathroom amenities. That was very slim. The staff was okay some were not attentive at front desk when people were shopping in the gift shop no one was there to assist.

this was our 3rd year coming to Music Rd. Love the Breakfast , the rocking chairs on the balcony of the room and the patio. its so peaceful. Its like being in a cabin without climbing to the top of a mountain.

My family loved the pool and the location was great.

Wish there was fruit offered at breakfast or had more cereal options.

The breakfast was good and the patio was the best part. We loved sitting by the river and enjoying the peace.

When we were booking we thought we were getting a room with a balcony facing the river. When we checked in we found of that we were facing the parking lot. We asked to switch but because we booked through a third party it couldn’t be changed. It worked out fine but we were very disappointed.

We have stayed here many times and have always loved it, however this time the check in staff was very rude except for Alice she is always professional and sweet. We stayed in 628 and had a great view of the pool. The room was a good size but the beds were horrible as were the pillows. You can feel the springs when your laying down. Breakfast was awful with warm OJ and wet runny processed eggs and processed sausage. The best thing was the pool resort area, but it would be great to have the walkover to the lazy river out? It is harder for older people to get over it who want to go to the lazy river. My grandsons loved the pools. This is the first time I am giving a bad review. I love this place but it needs some work.

I love your facility but I have to say the breakfast was horrible!! Fake meat, fake eggs, fake juice and fake milk. The coffee was good. Lol. Sorry

The outside pool was great, loved the music playing.

The arcade needs updating, needs to be better kept up. Some games were broken and balls missing from pool table. The breakfast needs variety. The same breakfast options everyday got a bit old when staying for a week. Maybe have bacon one day instead of sausage, grits one day instead of oatmeal. Omelets, bread for toast, muffins. Waffles need toppers like sprinkles, chocolate chips, and a fruit option for kids. Indoor pool area needs better ventilation and air-conditioning. The TV’s need to be smart TV’s so that you can sign into your streaming services, especially for kids. Fans installed under the covered sitting area at the pool. More luggage carriers, there was never one available!

Breakfast was the same every day and not good at allRoom was dirty,we found very old pizza slice in the closet in the bathroom.Floor was dirty and sticky.Very loud people in our floor at 1 am

Good location and near a lot of restaurants and attractions.

The breakfast was the exact same thing 4 days in a row. No bread for toast, no fruit. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, same sausage patty’s, and long line at waffle machine every day, no deviation for 4 days.

For a hotel with a name like music Road there was no instruments to play music like a guitar sitting in the lobby or a piano. I think that would be a great addition to the wonderful furniture. Also, they new patio furniture have rough patches
