    Pros +

    • Rooms were very nice and plenty of room. Our kids loved all of the extra activities they had available.
    • Very clean facility. Spacious room. Plenty of onsite activities for the family and onsite dining was a plus for us.
    • The rooms are nice and roomy size. The vibe throughout the resort is good with upbeat music and clean and nicely landscaped grounds. The lazy river is nice and is heated.

    Cons -

    • Things appeared to be good on first glance with our room. After a long day and evening. Went to bed and my adult daughter quickly realized the bed she was laying in was wet. After closer inspection, realized bed was peed from previous guests. Disgusting
    • The front desk attendant was a bit unfriendly. But everyone has an 'off' day I guess. The food at breakfast in Fins was just average. I expected better. The shower and floors in our room could have been cleaner.
    • the elevator key was a pain (but not a deal breaker)My wife hated the bed pillows (again not a deal breaker)

Loved the atmosphere, style, and activities available. Everything was really close to get to from the room and parking. The pool and lazy river was really nice and pickle ball courts and game room were fun.

Room size was great! The small bunk beds were as cute as can be and we will be bringing our grandkids next trip. Loved the shower controls on opposite sides of shower

The place was BEAUTIFUL. It was not what I expected, as far as the location. I thought we were starting on Dollywood property. It was nice. My Grandbaby really enjoyed it…..especially the pool! I had asked you all to do something to acknowledge her “5th” birthday….I guess you all couldn’t do that.

Acknowledging my Grand Baby’s 5th Birthday or NOT acknowledging it.

Loved the location and the atmosphere/amenities were great.

Our room was 107. The room was directly above the arcade which made it very loud up until 10pm. The volume on those games need to be turned down if anything. Made the sleeping less enjoyable while on vacation.

Dated room, couch and bathroom not clean. Lots of noise including hearing bowling pins and balls from duckpin bowling at night and one morning.

Lazy River, games, pool & slide. Not so many people and breakfast.

Parking fee and a little pricey on fee.

    Did not eat therr

Shower floor snd sink were dirty

The property was very nice. It was really nice that the kids were able to have their own room. The kids enjoyed the pool especially the slide. The hotel is definitely a nice place and I would consider staying there again.

The staff can be rood at times when asking questions but seems to be a common in pigeon forge unfortunately as questions bother hospitality staff. A suggestion would also be to keep arcade and game area open past 10pm. Also complimentary drip coffee should be served beyond 9AM. Also booking.com said parking was free on property but was charged $10 a night.

I love all the entertainment options. An arcade, duckpin bowling, a pool, a lazy river, live music on Saturday evening, and some events scheduled throughout the day. Keep in mind that during the winter, there are less activities available. Pool tables and darts in fin city as well as another bar. So much to do. And a great touch is a $5 play card for the arcade.

The food was just okay. I had high hopes for the food. Its basic bar food. Very basic!

We stayed here at least 2 times and we do enjoy the staff , location and cleanliness of the place but it is extremely loud if you are on the 2 nd floor . We requested being moved to the third floor so hopefully it would be quieter ,we understand it’s a vacation for people but kids were running the halls making noises against the walls . There should be an hour when quiet time should occur , because I think mostly kids running to the game room or down the halls is the big thing . Enforce that somehow and this would be the top vacation destination in pigeon forge , because speaking with staff , they said it’s very common for room switches to be occurring because of noise . Thanks David Johnson

Rusty at the front desk was so kind and welcoming at check in. Everything was so nice, clean, and laid back!

I have no complaints really. If I could add anything, I would say complimentary breakfasts to be included.

Location. Amenities. Rusty at the front desk very nice.

Saturday and Sunday morning went down for coffee at the provisions shop. 1st day the employee was talking thru her earbud complaining...Her exact words were "I can't get anything done. Everytime I get started another customer comes. I am about to close the door and finish then open it back up when I am done!" She was mad because she had customers??? The next day we go again, this time a different employee. Ordered a Caramel Frappachino...she states "We are sold out!" so we ask..."Do you have caramel ice coffee?" Yep! How is that possible? A frappachino is iced coffee blended! Just too lazy! Room wasn't clean. Sticky substance on floor. Then had to use sanitizer to clean bathroom. I generally never have a problem here but it has definitely gone down hill lately as it pertains to the staff and cleanliness. Minus Rusty! I stay here a lot and if you look at my past ratings you will see I never complain but past few times a true miss. Even the beds were sinking in.
