Hilton Vacation Club Laurel Crest Pigeon Forge

The grounds were beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful. We did not get to utilize many of the amenities, but the overall stay was enjoyable!

The rooms feel a little outdated, but are fitting for the price point. Do be mindful that this is a vacation condo, so they will attempt to get you to attend a two-hour timeshare viewing. (The deals on tickets are worth it if you do attend!)

First off this is not a hotel and a hotel is exactly what I was paying for. This is a timeshare company and shouldn't be advertised as a hotel. Room for 2 adults was extremely small and at best just a full size bed.

Lots of amenities. Close to the pigeon Forge strip and at a reasonable price. Love the little kitchen in the room.

They rented out our room to another family in the middle of the night. Definitely shocked when the other family came into the room during the middle of our first night.

Facilities were good.

Pool did not open on time. Had to call and wait in the cold till someone came to open it. Check-in was fairly long as well.

Nice outdoor pool and grill area.

Room was too small. Smaller than a regular hotel room. Not a condo as send it would be..

Proximity to downtown was nice!

Adjoining room set up was not sound proof at all! The neighbors going in and out was loud and if they were talking in their room you could hear them. Room that we were put in was small, even for a hotel room.

I loved the amenities this place had to offer. Had a kitchenette, sauna, indoor pool, workout room. It was a very nice experience.

The only complaint I had was noise. Every night and early mornings there was a lot of noise. Not sure if it was our neighbors but it was very loud and hard to sleep even if you wanted to. The only thing I would change.

Good location, very clean apartment and pool area. The property is very well maintained. Super friendly staff.

Nothing.I guess I am spoiled because we stay in a one bedroom condo on the beach in late September at about the same daily rate that made this one look sick!! We were charged twice by Laurel Crest and made fun of by clerks because we don't have credit car

It was extremely small. There was nothing in the room to tell you about what to do at checkout. The bed mattress was one of the worse I have slept on. There were no safety bars in the bath tub and it was a high side bath tub and slick.

Check-in took too long

The location was perfect! Very close to all attractions.

The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean. Very nice place.

We were not aware that there were no elevators we walked 5 flights of stairs every time we left and came back. Not how I wanted to spend my vacation.

It's not a hotel, it is a condo. You don't get services that you get at hotels... Remove this from your Hotel search.
