Pros +
- An outdoor heated pool and hot tub, that never closes (except for maintenance of course).
- Location, and different style than cookie cutter chain hotels.
- The hotel and staff were very clean and helpful
Cons -
- Very dated. Fireplace didn't work unless you tapped on control knob. Bed not that comfortable, location is great and the breakfast offered is good.
- The check in experience was disappointing. Despite having a reservation, my room was not ready at the check in time. When I asked when my room would be available, they would not provide any information or estimate. I felt the front desk was not kind.
- The only issue I had was the ¿Free breakfast¿ advertised. The hotel does not offer breakfast, rather, vouchers to a pancake house across the 8 lane highway¿ unless you want 3 plain pancakes, it isn¿t free- simply not as advertised

I liked the location, although it was a very busy area. Breakfast was good, loved that donuts and coffe/tea were available in the lobby anytime. Heated pool was nice, especially considering the temperature was in the 70's the few days we were there.
The exterior looked a bit dirty, and the speakers at the pool were so low that the traffic drowned the music out.
the gardens were beautiful. The location wasn't bad but was further down the parkway than we were used to staying.
The rooms were nice but you could hear thru the walls quite clearly! Didn't care for the rain head shower as water kept running out of the shower onto the floor.
This is a great hotel, It's close to the island, pet friendly and for the location you can't beat the price. I will definitely be back.
There was nothing I didn't like.
I paid extra for the updated room and it was so nice. The rocking chairs and tables on the outdoor balcony was so nice at night to sit at and just talk. My friends and I walked to ¿The Island¿ and rode the observation wheel and ate at Mellow Mushroom .
Loved it all!
Clean room with lamanent hardwood floors (be. All staff we interacted with were friendly. A/C issue was fixed within 30 min of call to the front desk. Included breakfast (3 Pancakes) was a Reagans pancake house across the street. Upgrade to buffet for $
I liked the fact that the room felt like a room in a home. If you had a problem, it was taken care of immediately.
This may be true at any motel, but the times to clean our room was ever changing. We have to go back to our room several times a day and not knowing when cleaning crew would be knocking on the door, was a bit frustrating.
Very close to attractions and beds were comfy, bathroom was updated
A little dated but it was clean
This hotel is located in the middle of Pigeon Forge, it's located perfectly! The rooms were quite nice mostly. The maid service was very friendly and helpful.
The only complaints that we had was the lack of basic things in the room like soap dishes and hand towel racks in both the room and bath area. The desk staff could have been a little more friendly also, it was as if some of them didn't want to be there.
The staff were super helpful and friendly.
Very clean and liked the location.
Cleanliness, tile shower, bathroom heat, location, breakfast buffet coupon (across the street), 24/7 coffee
Pet-friendly
The back yard was full of dog and goose poop. It was very hard to walk through. The hotel allowed smoking on the patios. Since the patios were connected, you had to walk through the smoke to reach your room.
We loved our stay at the Arbors at the Island. Although all the other furniture was old, the new bed was awesome! Staff was friendly. Great location!
Location is great, staff was very friendly, pool was open 24/7 (outside but heated) and the hotel is clearly working on improvement to the property to make it the best it can be!
There was a breakfast voucher included with the stay for a local pancake house and the meal was somewhat disappointing but not really the hotels fault. But it was a lovely idea to include a breakfast and partner with another local business.
Outdoor Hot tub, in room jacuzzi, helpful staff. Great place.
Outside was extremely noisy . Had keys and not cards for door. Room smelled bad. Not enough outlets. Outside had trash bags everywhere and felt like a creepy motel. I had people outside my door on their phones talking loud on their phones at 1am
Where to star room was nasty seaman on side of couch hair in bed for the price was a rip off stay elsewhere
