River Place Inn

It was affordable and was right next to the river. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

The chairs on the patio were broken.

TV had issues, but staff corrected it promptly.

The Hotel Staff was all kind and polite. The Cabin we stayed at was beautiful and clean situated on the river with a hot tub on a beautiful screened in porch. The Cabin had a beautiful yard full of geese to feed and the Cabin was had a beautiful log bed !

The hotel was absolutely filthy. The air vents were completely clogged and had bugs all over them. The floor hadn¿t been mopped or vacuumed in quite some time. There was dirt all over the bathroom. The tub in the bathroom had NO STOPPER and filthy.

There was 3 of us but did not leave enough washcloths after asking them to only left one both nights

It was ran down holes all in the walls mold growing in the bathroom

Toilet backed up. Dirty. No linen. Filthy place.

It was nasty. The photos were not the same as the room. Toilet was not bolted to tbe floor. Would not take my shoes off and walk on carpet barefoot. Room smelled of smoke even though it was non smoking.

nothing!!!!! We checked out that evening. Money wasted.

Everything smell was awful tv had to be propped up and kept going out too much noise from other rooms they didn't try to accommodate us when we told them why we was checking out early it was a total disaster

The location was in the heart of pigeon forge.

It was nothing like what we thought it was going to be. We went to our room and one of the beds looked as if it had not been made. The room was a pet room and it smelled like a wet dog and musty. There were flies flying around and dead bugs in the tub

Old furniture that was falling apart, dirty bathtub, dirty carpet. No place to unpack your clothes. Drawers in room torn up.

The hotel was right on the Pigeon Forge strip, was easy to get to, and our room was in the 2nd building of the hotel and had a back door access to the very nice river/creek behind. There were plastic lawn chairs and picnic tables available for use.

Our bathroom shower curtain had some mold streaks. The bathroom floor needed to be swept. There was hair and food crumbs behind the door and toilet.

The geese And river scene was nice. That¿s it!

We had to change rooms because original non smoking was definitely use for smoking. I have allergies and my nose was on fire and room Reeked of stale cigarette smoke. We refused to take a Shower in the second room. The chairs at the desk were filthy .

Amenities not as advertised. Fireplace-aesthetic only-produced no heat or comfort. Filthy kitchen-poor condition-no usable pots, pans (bent, broken, scratched Teflon) dirty broken stove. Dust,cobwebs trash throughout. I have pictures.

On the main strip of pigeon forge, so lots 9f places within walking distance.

Coffee maker wasnt useable, and the refrigerator was dirty. Also the pool wasnt very big.

The room was very out dated. Paint chipping on the walls beds were not comfortable, pillows were good, t.v. power button was broken carpet was nasty. For what I paid it was ok but I would choose it if I had a choice.
