Local to shopping, restaurants and easy parking,

The beds are a little stiff.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Got stuck in this town in a bad snow storm and was very grateful to have found this little motel. They have reportedly been remodeling but hadn't quite finished. My room was comfortable, the bed comfortable and clean.

Was quite noisy outside, but it's located in a small town near a connecting highway so it makes sense that it was noisy.

There was a large very loud truck whose occupants were very loud comiing in at 1 am.I do realize that this was a random incident.The door to my room did not have a security lock on the inside to prevent entry from someone who might have has a pass key.Since I am female and traveling alone ,this was concerning to me.

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and attentive to our needs. Our room was very clean with comfy beds. The only thing that was "wrong" was that the toilet was wiggly but all in all we were extremely happy with our stay. I was in town to handle a family emergency that is going to require several more trips to Tennessee and we will definitely be staying here when we do.

It’s an old property, a holdover from the simpler days before the interstates, when 27 was one of the main roads to Florida. The old swimming pool has been filled in. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Has a refrigerator and microwave. Could use a new shower head, but there was ample hot, high pressure water, so all good.

Lots of food choices nearby.

The bathroom had a strong spice smell. Insecticide?

The location was good near the Big South Fork and it was fairly inexpensive. The AC and hot water did work but not much else positive to say about it.

The rooms were relatively clean but it's a very old place and just about everything is in disrepair. The front desk people seem to leave and lock the office quite a bit.

A little overpriced,,used toilet paper roll,not new,, bathroom including tub. Needed new or better condition

Had a minor issue but the owner was very nice and fixed my issue immediately.. definitely will stay again

Couldn't get the tv to work . curtains on window wouldn't close . they couldn't process my debit card because it was midnight when i checked in

Outdated, a few things in disrepair. Neighbors smoking outside our door and smoke was coming in through the door cracks.

Location is great, rooms are always clean, staff is top notch!

lack of electrical outlet in bathroom area - couldn't shave with electric shaverone outlet on wall to be shared by tv, cable box, microwave and fridge, You either had tv & cable plugged in to watch tv or microwave or fridge plugged in and didn't watch tv

I had stayed there 3 years ago and it was much better. The facility has gone down hill since then. It seems that they are getting the cheapest supplies that they can find.

They could start to replace the old items in the rooms. The chair in the room was so stained that we wouldn't even sit in it. The shower head was such a poor quality that it wouldn't even have a good flow pattern.

Friendly. Very help and informative if we had any questions or issues, how to reach staff. Good value for the stay. Location was convenient with our trip.

Beds were a little hard for our preference. Also with parking so close to the rooms, the curtains could use updating or something different to make you feel a little more private.
