The staff is fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast and the social hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday was great. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evening.

It was under renovation part of the time.

The overall room was very spacious. The room where the beds are is a little tight. You could barley open the door.

The bathtub was in desperate need of updating. There was stains on the wall where the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are mounted. The shower head needs replaced.

The location was pretty good for my purposes.

The room was just old and did not feel clean. There were someone else's dirty clothes behind the bathroom door which was pretty gross. The shower head felt like it was hanging on by a thread. The front desk clerk was very unsure about herself.

Room was spacious and clean. Very good bed!

Screaming kids and barking dogs in the VERY SMALL lobby area. Somewhat difficult to get to. Had to drive through ghetto apartments to get there. Also called hotel 4 days in advance to request room with double beds and could not reserve.

Wonderful and clean hotel with great amenities. The desk host that checked us in went far beyond what he had to do to make our stay great. He is an asset. We will definitely stay here again!

I hate that there was apparently a dispute between property owners and there is a gate leading into the shopping center parking lot. Makes it a little more inconvenient but this hotel is still worth it!

Convenient location, friendly staff and a very good breakfast selection.

There was a mix up and they issued someone keys to our room after we had already checked in and were taking a nap. Thankfully I had bolted the door. The poor women that tried to get in with her husband was mortified and obviously apologetic.

Comfy bed, good linens, great staff, good selection at breakfast, evening receptions (certain nights), and coffee/tea available 24/7.

We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was a great. Wi-Fi was fast and easy to access. The hotel is in a quiet location, we didn't have any noise from outside at all. We will visit again.

We had 1 minor problem with the room, the toilet tank wasn't sealing properly after flushing, so it would leak down and fill back up. We didn't notice it until late in the evening the first night of our stay, so we didn't notify anyone until morning.

My room was very quiet and great for resting/sleeping. The staff was great. They went out of their way TWICE for special accommodations that I either needed or just asked for. That was really appreciated!

It was very difficult to find the road to the hotel. I could see the hotel from the main road but made several wrong attempts before finding the correct turn into the hotel.

At dinner time, we were greeted with a potato and salad bar, including free beer, much to our surprise and delight. The free breakfast was also nice.

The kitchen was stocked with pots ,pans and dishes .It had appliances and was just like home . Price was great , breakfast was good and staff was helpful . Was Fourth of July and even gave us a room where we could see fireworks out in the hall.

Would have been a nice extra if couch was a hide a bed . Wasn't promised to us just hopeful . But very impressed would definately stay again.
