Days Inn by Wyndham Oak Ridge Knoxville

The Days Inn is an older property that needs some TLC ... but it is what it is ... a cheap stay for the night so when you look at it realistically it is fine for the night just know this going in and you will be satisfied.

Television did not work ...

Clean safe and staff is friendly

it was easy to find, good location.

check in said 3 o'clock, we got there at 3:15, room was not ready, finally at 4:30pm I said we will go and wait at the room for them if they are not finished cleaning.

Good location for oak ridge stay. Right beside a good shoneys food bar!

Ice machine out of order.

Inexpensive, and the room was clean and presented decently. Really nothing else, except that it was quiet. But then, it was a February trip.

Generally run down. Only for someone who really needs to save money and does not care about the hotel condition itself. It really needs a face lift, repairs, so on. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Location specific in Oak Ridge close to work, easy access to local rental offerings for home search. Good location for fast food\restaurants and grocery stores. Traffic was good and not an issue.

Originally booked into much better more modernized room until service animal was received then given older shoddier room, not near as nice. Also, every time I accessed internet, I would get a different price for my stay.

It was not clean. Remote was very nasty. Ask for a clean one and it never came. Floor were not clean.

This is not a Wyndham hotel.at all. Hole in carpet in walls no fan in bathroom bed not that good.Alsi I was suppose to of got my second night for 70.17 and paid 86.something.

That hotel was the worst hotel I ever stood out in my life. Had problems getting inside the door the first night they replace the batteries on the card swipe. The second night the TV wasn¿t working right they had to come in and fix it. The third night,

Everything was wrong. Microwave didn¿t work TV went out couldn¿t get inside the room. Worst nightmare of my life.

Absolutely not as advertised. No pool, but I can live without that. The room had peeling paint, holes in the wall, horribly stained carpet, the bathroom was dirty, and there wasn¿t even a security latch on the door! There weren¿t even actual blankets.

The bed was comfortable.

Yes the picture and description said this hotel had a pool. And it does NOT. Very disappointed. We planned to spend the day at the pool before our evening plans.

It was on the route we needed

Air conditioner did not work properly. The room had a smell of humidity and smoke.

Did not stay. They had no room for us to have a dog even though we reserved a room and called them saying we have a dog. When we got there all rooms for pets were taken. We were promised we would be refunded but we were not.

There was no place online to state that we needed a room with a pet. That is why we called.

The rooms were very spacious and surprisingly much cleaner than expected

The outside appearance made it appear a little run down. The breakfast was also extremely lacking.

The front desk staff were personable and prompt to answer questions and address problems.

The housekeeping was very poor. The sheets were not clean and had cigarette burns. There were food crumbs on the floor and the bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. Also, no cups were given for coffee and the ice machine did not work.

Convenient location

Arrived after a 5 hr motorcycle ride in the heat we were looking forward to the pool & there wasn't one. Website shows pool. We had ants in the room. The door handle came off the room. Next day, they were going to fix handle but couldnt and left door open

Hotel was located 10 minutes from Windrock, was reasonable priced and located around several places to eat.

Check-in process was wonderful. The rooms were very well kept considering the age and price.

There is a $35 pet fee that is not clearly stated until check-in. The breakfast was bad even by continental breakfast standards.

The location was great.

The bathtub looked like the grime had been on it for some time and I chose not to use it, even though I had been at a hot festival all day. There was a large, thick smear of toothpaste on the bathroom door. Sheets smelled of body odor.

It was cheap.

The non-smoking room reaked of cigarettes. The room wasn't actually cleaned during my stay.
