The location was great and it was close to shopping and restaurants.

The room is worn and needs some repairs.

Breakfast prep staff were lovely.

The room was full of humidity all day. The cleaning was poor in all around the hotel.

The view from our 5th floor room was lovely: mountains and sunsets. Breakfast was excellent and a nice variety for everyone.

Plumbing was dripping, faucet and tub/shower.

It was in disrepair, the rooms were stuffy even with air on and the overall look of it was very run down

Beds were very comfortable.

Cleanliness of the room. There was a dead bug and lint on the floor. Also sawdust in the corner and along the baseboard due to construction. There was an opening for a microwave but we did not have one.

The room was not very clean, laminate missing from the headboard, cable outlet cover had been pulled out of the wall leaving drywall dust on the floor and a hole in the wall

Lack of towel bars. Shower cutain rod is loose. Hard to control water flow. Very low fixtures.

The shower leaked from underneath and went into the room below us, the cable was out - which they did not mention when we checked in, and the management didn?t care about any issues the following morning.

I've used this hotel a number of times and its always clean, quite, good breakfast choices and the location is great. Sometimes the parking can be pretty full but I've never been unable to park more than 30-40 yards from the hotel entrance.

They only clean the room every other day so if you don't know that, you'll come back to dirty towels and an unmade bed. It would be good if they told you that when you check in so you're fully aware.

Bed was good , comfortable and had decent sheets. TV was modern and offered a good selection. Room was clean considering couch belonged in the dump, and bathroom tile was broken in numerous places.

Lots of issues! 1. Broken tile in bathroom that had sank about 1/2¿. Very concerned about falling through.2. Couch in room looked and felt like it was picked at the dump. It was worn out and dirty. Had to cover with sheet. 3. Tub/shower wont shut off.

Beds and pillows!!! I didn¿t want to leave! The staff was great! Location, you can walk to a lot of businesses.

Going through construction and no one knows how that shut a door. I guess they are heavy and if you let it go the entire floor hears it.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They did turn down service each day.

The hotel was being remodeled. Our room had some things that needed repair. Broken tiles in the bathroom. The room was still in the process of being painted. The bathroom was a bit small compared to the rest of the room.

Hotel room seemed dated -- could be more cheerful and use a facelift. Faucet in bat tub would not cut off.

Water pressure was great. Location is convenient.

Two lamps in the room were broken. AC unit thermostat is wrong. AC unit and refrigerator made noises all night.

There was no drain plug for the tub. Since maintenance was not on site, I asked for a different room and was told I¿d get a plug the next morning. Never happened though.
