Freshly updated!! Still working on some rooms, so don't mind the mess :-) the Front Desk was AWESOME!!! Wish we could clone him & have someone to greet us like that at all hotels!!!

Clean, close to sites, good breakfast, large room.

Short distance to Windrock, good parking for trailers, and free breakfast to start the day. Staff is friendly to the off-roaders and the occasional mud dragged in. Will always stay here if not camping in the park.

When I first arrived the room had a bad smell but I notified staff and she got right on it. Staff and cleaning crew are doing a wonderful job.

Very clean room. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a great selection. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc.

The beds were super comfy and the pillows were pretty amazing.

Having to ask for toilet paper because the roll in the room was almost empty to begin with.

The pillows! I can¿t express just how amazing the pillows were! The best nights sleep I¿ve had in years because of them. Just WOW! The full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash was a nice surprise.

No ice machine on my floor.

There could¿ve been more linens provided. Also, the shower gel was absent all 4 days of my stay. Even after requesting more the first morning.

I know you don't want to police health protocols, but crowdedness in breakfast area was concerning--esp w/food involved. I also did not see any staff regularly cleaning the area. The only time I'll eat there is getting up early before anyone is around.

The style is very progressive and modern.

The lack of masks worn by the employees was concerning given the surge in cases in Tennessee where the hotel is located.

The clerk gave us a key to a room that was occupied. We had to go back down stairs and get another room
