Quality Inn Oak Ridge - Knoxville West

Hotel was dirty. Sloppy paint everywhere. Toilet in room 316 was rocking left to right. Nasty stains in the bath tub. Water damage....Separated dry wall seams everywhere. Looks like hotel is being maintained by a "Handy Man" with zero experience....

Centrally located in town

The room nice size but not clean to the star standard. It looked like it had not been properly wiped down in weeks or even month with the nastiness accumulated on the walls, headboard and floor.

Hotel was dirty. Underneath the bed was filthy. Lampshade and furniture was outdated. Room reeked of smoke.

We were in a nonsmoking room and the room reeked of smoke, thank god the window opened!!! We stayed for 2 nights and could not stand the smell of the room. The first room because of the air conditioner was leaking water every where and the tv did not work

Room was clean & spacious. Good location near restaurants, shopping & not far from rowing site. Staff was very friendly & accommodating (which is hard for hotels when this full). Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage patties, & biscuits & gravy on buffet

You can tell it's an older hotel, but some renovations made it nice

The breakfast selections were better than many hotels. Even if they ran out of gravy every morning. The rooms were great. I watched the housecleaners, they worked their asses off!!! They should get a raise because I watched how hard they worked!!!

The AC in our room was struggling to keep our room cool. But, it was almost 100 degrees outside.

Room/bathroom wasn't clean. Upholstered chair and floor was filthy. I think the sheets had been changed but after the fact not real confident of that. We will not be staying here again. On previous stays there weren't any issues.

Newly remodeled room with floor instead of carpet. Clean. Pretty comfortable bed. Larger sized frig was nice.

Bathroom counter and sink right when walk into room. Coffee pot on same counter. Heat/AC would not turn off, so had unplug. No TV guide for channels.

Location is centrally located for Oak Ridge, TN. Price is fair based on the location.

The Hotel access cards stop working. Have stayed here many times for 1-2 wks. per trip. Our cards stop working every 2-3 days. Get new cards, walk to room and they don't work. If they do, only 2-3 days and stop again. PITA going to room with no access.

Nothing really spectacular about it.

Room looked and felt really old. Small bathroom with rust stains in the tub. The shower head wasn't in the center of the wall enclosure, and the water pressure was poor at best. The room frig was making a clunking sound (had to unplug it to sleep).

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Price was fair.

The Hotel is being remodeled and therefore not 100%. Only 1 elevator working. Fire alarm tests, etc.

Key cards deactivate every 2-3 days. The Hotel Mgr./ staff claimed its because key card magnetic strip is close to phone and being deactivated. We have about 10 credit cards between my wife and I that never have this problem so not buying it.

Floors was sticky, smelled like a smoking area, vents are dirty house keepers need to look up, 8am an nothing to eat but a waffle no thanks on the waffles.But good think for location because McDonald's was just down the street

very friendly staff. I requested my toilet tightened to the floor. It was done right away. I liked the tile/linoleum floor. I was on the first floor.
