Location and staff.

Small cramped room and sporadic turn down service.

The hotel was 1/2 block off Broadway. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

This is extremely nit-picky, but the road noise was noticeable at 2am. The bathroom could be brighter.

Location was great.

Room was not ready when we arrived, when we did get a key a maintenance person was walking out of room as we walked in. He said he was working on a crack in sink. Caulk was still wet on sink that he had just applied. many better options downtown

Comfy bed, great bathroom and shower. Separate toilet room was nice. Valet parking is expensive, you can park at half the cost across the block. 10-15 minute walk to the main spots in downtown.

we had breakfast at their restaurant and it was delicious amazing food. The staff was very nice.

There was a man?s pair of pants and underwear behind the door in the bathroom. There was also white powder on the nightstand, on top of the headboards. It was very dusty, and there was a spiderweb on the lamp. There is only valet parking.

Just a few blocks from Nashville's hotspot. Valet parking on the street right in front of the hotel was great!

Expect to spend a lot on parking.

The valet parking was ridiculous Paid $57 to park my car in their parking lot which was ten steps away from the entrance of the hotel. It¿s called price gouging!!!

The hotel's location was great. There was a nice little snack area off of the lobby.

Construction going on in the lobby. No service provided in the room, no beds made, no room cleaning, no trash disposal. Tub didn't drain; had to be fixed twice.

No continental breakfast. No hot tub. Too high of price.

Location was was nice. Room was small but pretty.

Limited services due to Covid, understandable but, no credit was issued rectify lack of amenities paid for. Room did not include coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, or a working fridge (fridge was there but broken). Restaurant was closed for private event

Bathroom is large and has toilet in separate space, but there is no door on that space. The bathroom door is just a sliding barn door, which is beautiful but it does not muffle ANY sound. Very awkward if you are staying with someone and have to use toilet

Location within walking distance to Broadway, the waterfront and Printer's Alley.

Very strange set up. Our room shared a locked alcove with another room. It required us to open 2 heavy locked doors to enter. Also, the alcove echoed so it was very loud when the other room opened/closed either of their heavy doors.

Loved the style the interiors were awesome and complimented the historic building nicely. Also really enjoyed the huge glass shower.

My only complaint was the combination of the barn door on the bathroom and the lack of door on the room with the toilet just did not feel very private when other people were in the room.

the staff is wonderful! very friendly and helpful. the rooftop pool was so much fun. walking distance to broadway. lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. excellent location.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was so Clean and beautifully decorated!

The only thing I would say is the main floor bathroom did not have toilet paper in it for some time. This was the only down fall as we were at the bar and that was the only bathroom to use we had to use tissue from the counter.
