The hotel was great. Location was perfect for our stay. Friendly staff. Free breakfast was good. Room sizes were fantastic. Loved having a full kitchen.

There were blinking light blubs in one of our rooms and in the other there was a issue in the shower. The only other complaint is the couches in rooms really were not comfortable to even sit on.

Beautiful hotel! Super clean, spacious and conveniently located. Breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again! Kelsey at the front desk was outstanding!! She helped us with our reservation and made sure we had everything we needed.

It¿s clean, easy to get to, new and centrally located.

Was very handy for our visit to Nashville and attendance at the Grand Old Opry.

Breakfast was good but need to better monitor the trash bins in the food area.

Ot was close to everything I wanted to do . The room was very good plenty of room for for my wife and myself. It was well taken care of

The only thing that I wasn't pleased with was was the pool. The pool was only 3 feet deep. That's great for kids but not so good for adults

I was told we would not be able to hear the traffic from 0ur room but we could. Our room was located on the side of the building closes to a highway.

Great room for our family in the 2 bed studio! Staff was very friendly, down-to-earth, & kind to hell when needed. Definitely would come back to this spot!

The room was outstanding! It was very well thought out and user-friendly. It was clean and like new. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

The free breakfast was very subpar. The plates and cups were not sufficiently sized for the items they that were to be used for and The food was cold. We would rather pay more for the room and get a better breakfast.

We took their shuttle to the Opryland Hotel and was told to call the front desk to arrange for pickup. It took them nearly 6 minutes to answer the phone. We arranged for a 12:30 pickup and the shuttle arrived at 1:05. The hotel seemed short staffed.

Hotel was somewhat new

The air did not work. We had to switch rooms and even the 2room we got the air went out the 2nd day. Not worth the money we paid.

It is brand new and clean!

The sheet were so hard and very uncomfortable.

This was the most exceptional experience! The staff at this location are beyond amazing. Everyone seems to truly enjoy working and providing service to the customer and each other!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Everything was great!

Christy was awesome and super helpful. Breakfast was pretty decent and free, along with the parking.

The person who checked me in, MyKel, could use more training in greeting customers and providing better service. I stood there for about four minutes waiting for him to acknowledge me and check me in. When he finally stopped what he was doing, he just stood there staring at me, so I asked, “Are you ready now?” The hotel itself could use some work, especially the elevator and the hallway carpets, which need a bit more attention. When I walked into my room, there was a weird smell, but I cleaned it up and freshened things up. The room seemed clean, but it was lacking some kitchen essentials.
