The elevator didn’t work and they put us on the top floor with luggage it was ridiculous

Location. Close enough to attractions to drive or take an Uber without being overwhelmed with traffic.

Advertised with a workout room. Once we got there, we were told the room is closed for upgrades. It was apparent it needed it but hadn't been worked on at all in a very long time. The indoor pool was freezing cold also. No ice machine on 2nd floor.

The breakfast was the only part I liked during my stay.

Lack of staff and resources. There was an issue with my room, from no hot water, to not having a mattress for the pull out bed. Language barrier with maintenance. The phones don't work at all! It is not worth what I paid

Shower was broken. Had to wait until 10:30 at night for it to be fixed. Waited 1 hour in the lobby for the manager to deal with the problem. Room was dirty- pull out couch had no linens and toys from previous users were folded in it. Room smelled musty.

Cleanliness, location to the Gaylord Opryland

Called front desk to ask for late checkout for 11:30am, it was granted. But at 10:50am the front desk called our room, and ask if we were staying for another night stay because we had not checked out yet. We felt we were being forced out before 11:30am.

They pool and room was very clean

The breakfast selection abs staff could use some improvement.

Friendly staff and location wasn't bad. Prior reviews were positive.

The queen sofa sleeper needs to be up dated to blend with the room.

As far as the hotel in general it¿s ok! The room was great, I saw the pool but definitely didn¿t use it. Was not apart of my vacation. The room size are nice and spacious.

The amount of money I paid to hear noise and not get any rest is what really upset me. People really have no respect 3,4,5AM.I felt as though the staff did not take the situation as serious.The hotel wouldn¿t allow a late checkouts. An extra hour

The pool was closed, i was lied to about it being open. The room was dirty, the microwave did not work!

Waffle maker

No access to the pool and that was a selling point for us since we have kids! Was lied to and told the pool would be open in the morning and it was not! There was no ice machine on the floor we stayed and we were told there was! Hair dryer didn¿t work.

Room was nice and roomy for 2

Needed more blankets for a cold night and the breakfast was mainly bread And juice. We ended up going to Cracker Barrel for breakfast.

Very good service at the front desk on knowledge of the area. Very helpful during this COVID time.

Availability

I was charged 250 for some things that were missing from Room after I checked out, however still waiting for someone to watch cameras and refunds my money. It’s been 4 days and still haven’t gotten response or money back in my account

The price for such a clean and modern with an indoor pool can not be beat!

One of my room was nasty food and ants and one of the other restroom soap and shampoo had not been change had open bottle when we arrived

Checking out

I did not like staff, very rude&unaware of everything. Had to change room 3 times. Rooms smelled & had water damage & mold. Bed was sunken in in the middle. Had to wait to check in even with prepaid reservation. Will never return.
