Comfortable room and excellent pool area

Just outside where we had to get to but its the only Staybridge in Nashville and that's what we were looking for

Clean, comfortable, and safe. Has breakfast and safe parking ($32.00). It was within walking distance to the surgery center.

Inside parking and entrance

Elevators too far from our room on the 4th floor long walk for folks with bad knees.

Good breakfast and good shuttle service.

Ladies behind the desk seemed to be bothered when asked questions. One elevator far from the room. One bug crawling around the bathroom. No writing paper or ink pen in the room. The room above us had stomping and running sounds off and on.

Excellent hotel. Close to all hospitals 0.2 miles to women and children¿s hospital. Very clean, very roomy 1 bedroom suite. Love the sliding doors to separate rooms. Breakfast ok. Food barely warm. Still a 9.8/10.

Location and how easy it was to park. The hotel was very clean and nice.

The room was beautiful and supplied everything you would need. The lobby was fantastic and the breakfast bar was over expectations. The entire experience was amazing and we will definitely use them again and recommend to everyone.

I can¿t say enough about your front desk personnel, they were amazing. Should be proud of them. Our room was clean and the layout was perfect. The gentleman that cleaned our room was very polite and efficient. We stayed there for 4 days and probably more

Our room was perfect, lots of space and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The staff were very friendly and helpful including the shuttle drivers, bar tenders and the front desk staff.

I don¿t know if there was something we were supposed to do for housekeeping services but during our 4 day stay we did not once have housekeeping services. We had to go to the front desk for towels and trash bags.

It¿s very clean room fantastic location and the staff was phenomenal.

Everything was great better than I had imagined.

Very nice interiors¿also very quiet. We needed a 2-bedroom suite and this was perfect¿one had a King size bed and the other room had two double beds.

Nothing I didn¿t like.

I called and got early check in as our flight was early, arrived at 1:30pm. I was told room was not ready and they¿d call me. Got lunch, at 3:15, still not ready but they¿d call me. At 3:45, other people were given keys- still no call. Check in was at 4

Bathroom odd looking door locks do not work, got locked in and had to hide a butter knife every time just to pee. Hotel staff was very rude and not accommodating at all. Will not stay again and will not recommend to anyone

Spacious rooms

Inconsistent breakfast offerings. Lock was broken on first room we had.

Great location!

1. Very noisy! Facing Charlotte street. Trucks, ambulances, & motorcycles. 2. Shower Drain was clogged up. 3. Parking was an additional cost of $35 a day.

Breakfast variety could be a little better. We were there six nights and room was only cleaned one time

Close to attractions without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Parking was excellent and plentiful.

Room was not stocked up with bathroom supplies. Had to go request at desk.

The staff was super friendly, The hotel was super clean breakfast was excellent every morning. The beds were super comfy. I would definitely stay there again in the future. Location was awesome.
