AC Hotel Nashville Downtown

Was cleaning from time we walk in the door

The maid knocking on the door at 8:30 am when check out was at 11:00 am and hard

The hotel was very clean and in a great location.

I saw corporate greed and price gouging play over this past weekend at this hotel. It?s a 3 star hotel but yet they were a bit on the pricey side which was fine until I asked for a late check out and they wanted to charge me an extra 50 dollars!

location to broadway and top spots. you must visit Martin's bbq on the back side of the hotel; the smell will lure you in.

$50 per day valet parking BUT will give a shout out to them as they were EXCELLENT.

Was a nice clean room with modern bathrooms and good bedding.

That fact you share pool, workout center and a few other services with the two other hotel was a little confusing and frustrating at times.

The rooms were clean and bathroom was perfect size. We had a few snacks at rooftop bar those guys were great, music was great too. We will be back

Location. Nice hotel. Like AC Hotels. Female parking attendant in charge was exceptional.

Elevators were very problematic. Instructions and system confusing to many. Touch screen confusing to many. Buttons and process not logical. All this caused delays and inefficiencies. Extra trips.

Not enough people working the valet parking. If you are forced to use valet you should be able to atleast call down and talk to someone. Phone just rings and rings. Walk down and no one there. Probably just short staffed but had to sit and wait long time

Love the style and the modern feel. The entire design makes you feel like your staying in modern luxury without spending too much.

While the room and everything was very nice and met expectations, the bathroom was a lsmaller and not quite as nice as the AC hotel I have stayed in before. Bathroom was a little less luxurious than I expected from the shower.

Hotel was in a great location, very nice and clean and comfortable rooms.

Service rendered is substandard for such a facility. They don't even have luggage service. Low-cost accommodation.

Great location - can walk to Broadway

I was traveling with my 3 teen children - without notification when checking in, I received a additional $50 charge for having 3 children with me in a double queen room. I would understand if there was free breakfast provided or if any additional services were provided beyond what was included, but there was not. It was pretty unprofessional that the charge was not revealed while checking in.
