Quiet!!

Not enough parking. Paid $20 to park on a curb outside of the hotel parking lot.

I honestly didn’t like anything, nobody greeted us when we came in/out.

I called multiple times so my mom could be someone who can check in the room because her flight would arrive early. My mom stated that by the time she got there her name wasn’t on the reservation like I called 3 different times to confirm.

Front desk personnel were extremely helpful - from answering my questions to holding my luggage from checkout until it was time for my flight. Room was clean.

the front desk was awesome as well as hotel employee who worked breakfast. All the staff was wonderful. Very clean. Easy drive to airport

Thought that I would be able to park my car there for the time I was away, guy at front desk said option was no longer available. There was 'something' on the headboard, that should of been cleaned The towels were thin(from dollar store)

Near the airport. Nice room. Free parking.

The safe and blinds in my room did not work properly. Needed to drive to Restaurants and stores.

The staff were rude and my car and several others had there windows busted out and items stolen. Hotel would not share camera videos and was no help

Location to the airport and shuttle.

It was not as clean as I expected. Lobby garbage cans were overflowing, stairwells were beat up and dirty, and exterior shows signs of maintenance needs.

The night time staff member was especially helpful and pleasant.

I wished the bar stayed open a little later and that there were scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet.

The room was spacious and overall nice. Breakfast had a good variety and the food was good overall.

We reserved a king room, months ago but we were told that they ran out. We had 2 queen beds. The hotel is pet friendly and the wet pet smell was strong, at least on the 1st floor where we were.

The staff was great! The breakfast was also nice.

The 1st room's a/c was so loud we had to change rooms. The 2nd room was not clean. There were crusty stains on bedskirt and what looked like mud stains on carpet. Only 1 light bulb out of 3 worked. The fridge & ac were also very loud and distracting.

How close it was to the airport.

Yes, the shower had no soap in the dispenser. The lotion also had no product in the dispenser. Very noisy, due to the airport. We expected the noise, but it was really loud. The check in person charged me for the room, even though I had prepaid.
