Cons -

The room was average for a JW. One thing that was not satisfactory was the toilet lid (not soft close) most high-end Hotels should have this as a standard. Also, the towels were as hard as sandpaper.

We had issues with our TV's, and could not get maintenance to respond. At one point, neither TV worked for a whole day. The TV in sitting area didn't work for 3 days. Also had issues with the mobile key that I could not get resolved.
