They downgraded our room when we arrived and did not inform us. I only figured it out due to the room they put us in was very small. Called the front to see what happened and that is when we found out. We moved to correct room after.

I like the robe and the products you use for toiletries

Small issue with a shade wouldn¿t work which kept me from having sunshine into the room in the morning

Design, On site coffee shop, Location, VERY helpful staff

Limited services, VERY loud street noise even with provided noise machine, gaps in blackout curtains allowing lots of light in, complex electronic room controller broke preventing window shades from opening, not kid friendly.

The best thing about this hotel was the proximity to the Ryman. We were in town to see a show.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. We arrived an hour after check-in and our room was not ready. When able to go to room, we had to take our own luggage up to the room. The room was super small and there were no glasses for water.

Incredibly nice and the staff was great. Very helpful. We had several problems but they were handled.

The staff was great and problems were handled.The car was not valeted and was left on the street one night. We were not charged for that night but there is a 5-inch scratch in the door of the car. Our keys didn’t work the second night either.

My room was very small. Was not cleanest stay I have ever had. And was very loud and not relaxing.

Noise at night kept us up. Bed spread was dirty. Staff was not that friendly.

Though rooms were small they were so well apportioned with great bedding, bathroom area and some storage that all was good. Hydration station on each floor including sparkling water is a first. Totally classy with awesome service

Room 914 water dripping from ceiling in bathroom. Late night bathroom break just about shocked me when the cold water drips from the ceiling hit my head and back. At best it was condensation at worst, I dont want o think what dripped from the room above.

The hotel staff was so friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy. Very convenient location to restaurants and broadway. Would definitely stay here on our next trip!

Clean, modern, comfortable. Complimentary upgrade with two huge king beds. Excellent implementation of water station on every floor.

The location was fantastic and the staff were always helpful and polite. We enjoyed the atmosphere at the rare bird and the hidden bar was a neat little spot.

The roof top bar kept saying it was last call for alcohol both nights 2 hours before it closed. They said they would still serve beer and wine though. We thought it strange but didn't know if it was a law or something

Clean room, cool vintage atmosphere, coffee shop was great, free coffee delivered to your room for free in the mornings, free bottled water station, speak easy was cool, rooftop bar was awesome!

Shower door seal was leaking bad, nowhere to sit in the hotel room except the bed, complicated light and shade switches, no ventilation in the bathroom

They mistakenly charged me for items from the mini bar that I did not partake in. Once I notified them they corrected the charge.

We LOVED Noelle! Staff was great and very friendly, the hallway water stations were a fantastic addition. They honored an early check in and a late check out. The location to Broadway can't be beat and they always had great music playing in the lobby/cafe

The only slight thing was that there were no coffee makers in the rooms. However, they will deliver complimentary coffee to your room between 7am-9am if you request it. So, not too bad!

New, clean, comfortable bed, nice automation features. Low traffic hotel.

Room was tiny, no desk or couch to work at. Outside AC system could be heard 24/7. Hotel food options were really limited, even worse after 11pm.

The staff was amazing and friendly! The hotel has a great location and its very lux.

Room near elevator was not a good idea. Very loud. Could hear everyone talking. View of an ugly rooftop. The hotel bar is kindof BORING. They need to liven it up and have a better HH menu.
