Massive jacuzzi, great to relax in after a long day of site seeing. Rooms are massive too. A girl friend and I stayed and each had a queen and still had space for both our suitcases and even had space to chill on the couch. keurig is a great touch

Breakfast needs a HUGE over haul! Not many options, NOTHING for vegans or lactose intolerance. Not ideal! Much better options at other hotels we stayed at on our road trip around the south. Check in staff not very informative

We were informed when we checked in that they were shortstaffed. Regardless, some of the staff of the front desk for indifferent and didn¿t really seem to want to be there.

No breakfast, most places are doing grab&go now in the age of covid, no coffee&tea, low toilet water pressure-make your own conclusion, hairs that were not ours & dirty q-tip on the floor, digital key didn't always work so you would be stuck for awhile

I thought the room was very modern, comfy and clean

I thought for the room price the breakfast was overall very poor. In addition, I found the hotel to be very cold and impersonal. The check in took too long.

The location is perfect for everything, whatever you are into it is convenient.

A small issue it is a little bit confusing at first to find because of several hotels in one location

The location. Everything looked updated.

The water. The entire weekend we had warm water for showers, like you were short of hot water.It was terrible as it was cold outside and we all felt like we froze when we got our showers. That would be a reason for me not to stay again. The thought of getting in a shower when you knew there wouldn’t be hot water was terrible.

the facilities were clean, and we felt very comfy in our room. The breakfast was great, and the location couldn't be better. The parking was easy, and the parking staff was very friendly. We loved the pool and hot tub too!

The ONLY reason I didn't give this a 10/10 was because it's located in such a central location, the noise can be a little much. We stayed on a lower floor so we could hear a good bit of noise well into the night (we're early to bed kind of people haha). with a sound machine and the AC fan up high, we were still able to fall asleep though!
