whole hotel vibrated from the bar nexrt door no breakfast no hot water $50 a night to park

Bedspread was stained, barely had enough towels for the 2 of us, killed a huge spider and the window was dirty, the shower leaked

False Fire alarm at 430 am due to faulty equipment, terrible leadership with hotel management during waiting time, no one said sorry, check out late or have breakfast on us.

Great vibe and location. I had brought my daughter to see a concert at Bridgestone arena which was in walking distance. We were able to walk to museums, shops, and restaurants. We truly got to experience downtown Nashville.

Parking would have been horrid if we had not chosen to use valet. It was not an expense we had intended but worth it.

Hotel was clean. Liked the location and liked that it had a bar inside as well.

The check in person was not very friendly. Took a few minutes to acknowledge I was even there and then it seemed to annoy him.

Construction workers directly under my room started yawing a saw at 8am and lasted for over an hour. Hotel staff also opened my door around 9:15 am

Hotel ambiance was what I expected.

The front desk people were very impersonal. Requested 2 times to have toilet seat fixed . Needless to say it was not for the duration of our stay.. I would recommend with disclaimers ! The window is an absolute must as the rooms are small Cityview

The hotel was right downtown with perfect access to everything!

We asked the hotel staff to have someone look at our heat as it wasn¿t working and the room was freezing! No one came to look at it and we froze for 2 days while we slept.

This hotel although a little pricey was amazing. Rooms are spacious, clean and fun. No dressers for clothing but plenty of wall knobs for hanging! Bring your dancing shoes and smiles as you get greeted at bar for check in. Plenty of photo ops.

Not a thing. Very safe. Convenient. Will stay again.

The room was nice overall. Very simplistic. Staff very helpful at room level.

1) shower controls difficult to understand how to use. Staff did come into room to show how to use. 2) inadequacy in size of dispose container. 3) could use a refrigerator and microwave. 4) peg hooks for clothing some broken.

It was downtown and you can walk everywhere

My room was Hot and could not get the temp in the room to change bed was not comfortable at all

Staff friendly and accommodating Location was perfect

No fridge or microwave or coffee maker but made due and available in lobby except fridge

Character & Location, Staff & Valet

Room could¿ve been a little bigger for the price but the location, staff & character make up for that.

Awesome location. Don¿t see how you could get better if you¿re wanting to be close to the action. Rooms are on the smaller size so if you¿re planning on spending lots of time in there you might be disappointed. The two queen with 3 adults was sufficient

The proximity to Broadway St. and the center of entertainment was excellent.

There was no closet, no dresser, no drawers to put clothing, and no pool.

BEST HOTEL LOCATION ON HONKY TONK ROW! Literally Next ok to Johnny Cash, Kidd Rock, FGL, Jason Aldean, & Luke Bryan. Fantastic Staff, Great Music, Awesome Bar, Fun Lobby. Unique Rooms Very Clean, Restfully Quiet & Sound Proof, 

Some of the rooms need more windows and/or sunlight.

Hotel has a bar,live music, pool tables and was clean and up to date. Definitely would recommend.

No kitchen in the room we stayed in but we spent most of our time out so it wasn't a big deal.

Location was great. Lobby is nice, but service very slow and seem to be very understaffed.

I booked double occupancy room for a very BIG birthday celebration. Upon arrival they put us in a cruise-ship size room with no window and folding table & chair hanging on the wall! Complained, but they were overbooked. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
