The price went up twice I’m staying here due to the weather

The front desk ladies were great and felt more like friends after a 6 day stay. Appreciated the free laundry room and workout room too. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms are mini apartments... suites.

Have stayed here multiple times but the room this time was smaller then ones before... just depends on which room you're given I guess

Good location

Room wasn?t equipped with enough kitchen equipment two plates and one glass no can opener or bowls

I feel like I got excellent value for the price I paid for the room. It felt clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

Nothing stood out as being negative.

The cleanliness and it's updated/new.

Just that I had to pay $10/day for parking and it's not even downtown.

It was located in the heart of the city, the room was lovely and very clean. The hotel was quiet, even though it was very busy.

The cleaning staff forgot to place towels in the room after it was cleaned, but this was quickly and easily resolved!

Quiet location in Industrial Business Park. Fairly close to downtown.

Only two towels were in the room upon arrival. Had to go to the front desk for more.

The staff was extremely friendly the beds were very comfortable the room was a nice size and very well kept

Everything was perfect

Found an earring back under the pillow which made me suspect they didn't change the sheets or something. Floor towel was stained. The cups were water stained and possibly not clean. No food on premises. Strange smell in the room.

I love how clean the room was and how friendly the staff was.

I didn¿t like that they had no small guest lotion, or courtesy items as this was an unexpected stay and we had nothing for personal care. Had to make a trip to the store for our needs.

It was close to everything we had planned on doing in Nashville. It was a great location. Staff was friendly.

The only thing I didn¿t like was it kind of smelled like someone previously smoke there. Other than that, we had a great stay.

I thought it was closer to downtown than it is. Specifically asked for breakfast-none!! Others staying there gathered and smoke and drank in front of hotel every night; cig butts everywhere-not cleaned up-dirty in front

Look like a crackhead looting a round the main entrance, found a automotive screw by my car after I park, some people working on cars in the parking lot, then after we return, found a door hinge screw by my car, don¿t need no flats

With a big hole in the bed, we notified to the front desk guy But they did NOT chage us to another room. It's the worst hotel in my life. Please Don't stay in this hotel.

In addition to the constant smell of weed, a wedding reception took place in the main lobby. No one could enter or leave without listening to loud banging music and people laying all throughout the lobby. No one seemed to care about other guests

Location right off highway. Didn’t want to stay downtown. This was perfect and free parking. Bed was comfortable.

We had a king size studio with kitchenette. Only one glass was in room. We needed two. As my husband was about to go to the front desk for a glass, I noticed we didn’t have towels in the room. Front desk person was rude and gave no apologies.

Was advertised as a downtown city center hotel. It was 15 minutes out side of the city. Deceptive marketing at its finest. We paid extra to be close to the action and avoid having to take taxi's/Uber's. Very frustrating.

It was great, with refrigeraotr and kitchentte. Love the recliner and the TV, with Direct TV was great. Bed was great and bathroom.

The parking lot and the hallway had all kinds of litter, food pieces...Really needed to be cleaned up... that was only problem, but overall, great hotel.

Very nice staff and large clean room.

It was a little off the beaten path for visiting Nashville sites but that was reflected in the price too. Really wish they had some sort of breakfast too.. no complaints though.
