Location, layout, amenities, parking, security were all outstanding.

Our room had recently had carpet removed so except for the bathroom, all flooring was concrete slab (there was a small area in the living room).I assume they had an issue and had to remove it,assume this is a temporary condition. A bit of coffee please.

I liked the location the best. It was .4 miles from Broadway (everything) yet close to 3rd and Lindsley, where we had a show to attend.

The 2nd bed / sofa bed was not comfortable at all, but was to be expected I guess. There is quite a bit of road noise and the place across the street had radio music playing 24/7. We should have moved a sound machine out to the living room. TV

Safe didn?t work, it wasn?t very clean, and every time we opened the door to come into the room we smelled cigarette smoke.

The location is wonderful. We were close to everything we wanted (including easy access to highways) We also discovered some new favorite places we probably would not have if we stayed downtown or elsewhere.

The bathroom shower area and wall by the toilet were pretty crummy with water damage. Also, the step up into the apt nearly face-planted me; there needs to be a sign and floor indicator (like a light or yellow tape under the stoop).

Location was about two blocks to Broadway. Provided one local coffee packet.

AC is old wall unit in living room, not sufficient to get cold air into bedroom. Room smelt musty & was humid & damp. Could hear everyone above us or outside our door. Mgmt was slow to respond and dismissive of concerns. Poor service, not 4 star quality.

Location was great and the free parking was a plus (although the spots were very tight). The amenities were great.

You have to step into the doorway to get in the room, which was unexpected being on ground level-- my guest and I stumbled more than once. The shower is a little small and the top of the toilet kept shifting everytime someone got off-- very loud.

This hotel was great. It is in the perfect location to walk anywhere downtown. The hotel is cute and very comfortable.

Unfortunately the people upstairs above us were extremely loud. I¿m not sure if they lived there long term or were guests like us but it was hard to sleep soundly without being woken up late and throughout the night with loud thumping.

Not the hotel per se, I was put off by the sneaky addition of a resort fee after I made and paid for my stay. Had the fee been displayed along with other costs, it would have been fine. I suspect it was either not listed or artfully buried.

Location great. A tad disappointing with maintainable. - bathroom lightbulb needs replacement - bathroom needs paint job - bathroom vent need cleaning - bathroom mat needs replacement- stained

Very nice setup and mostly clean except we found a random skirt in the room and a long hair on the cupboard. Very close to everything.

Walk up the 3rd floor with a lot of stuff gets challenging without an elevator. Kitchen sink did not have hot water. Parking was a bit tight if you have a large vehicle

Minor issues: The water in the kitchen did not get very warm; The bathroom sink did not drain well; There were no instructions (that I could find) on how to lock the door using the key pad. It took some trial & error to figure it out.

It wasn’t as clean as I expected. Mold in the shower. Only 2 towels given and they were stained. Lock broke on the door and it took hours for someone to fix so we could leave

The location was very convenient

Terrible Check In process. Sound bleeds in from hall and other rooms. Hot water in shower ran out after 2min. No elevator to upper floors. Not ADA compliant.

Great downtown location. Easy to walk to places.

NO way a 4 star hotel. Noisy, old building seemingly re-done by IKEA.
