The pool is very nice. Breakfast was delicious and the staff are very nice and welcoming.

1.3 mile walk to downtown bars music, mile to Bridgestone - NHL game /, 1.4 mile Belmont mansion. 1 1/2 hour drive Mammoth Cave National park Kentucky , 15 minute drive to Grand ole opry, Breakfast good , gym and pool good. Safe to walk.

I really enjoyed my stay. Conveniently located near everything i wanted to experience. I took an Uber downtown, mainly due to the heat and construction on the bridge. The staff was amazing, met some amazing visitors. The bartender on Friday was awesome

Carpet kind of outdated. Shower looked like it could use to TLC but outside of that, it was pretty cool with me. I¿m staying again when i visit.

Shuttle was unavailable both times we needed it. Once it was broken down, the other time the driver was late to work. We ended up walking more than we planned.

The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable.

The sliding door to the bathroom kept coming open. Toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner) needs replenished.

Sliding bathroom door wouldn¿t stay closed. No hair dryer in room. Frequently out of coffee (not a large enough urn).

It was in a good location and had reasonable parking for Nashville. The room was pretty quiet we couldnt hear anyone else around us.

It could use a better cleaning and there were alot of little things that didnt work or were broken

The bed was terribly hard, the air fan constantly blowing over the bed, poor water pressure and no hand held sprayer in the shower to rinse off in the poor water pressure. Also $30 valet parking each day.

Was hard to find at first. But it’s right across the street from a cook out and that helped.

The room was nice. Loved the bed and bath.

Parking cost is to much, plus you tip the valet. Front desk was not inviting.

The desk staff was fantastic! Helped us find some great local restaurants and the free shuttle around town was a major bonus! We walked to Downtown and to Vanderbilt. Was a nice walk to both locations.

I unfortunately came down with the flu/food poisoning on the last day of my stay. The staff at Springhill Suites were ultra accommodating and I owe them a huge thank you.
