Breakfast was wonderful

The carpets did not look clean. The bathrooms were tiny.

Our room was great and the breakfast was wonderful

One of the elevators had a broken button to our floor so we had to change on a lower floor to get to our room. The pool had sand all over the bottom of it and had debris floating on the top. We tried skimming it but did no good.

Daily free breakfast, Friendly and helpful staff.

The Safety lock on the door was damaged and unusable.

The size of the rooms

The hotel Placery wasn?t ever open as advertised. The tv didn?t work in one of our rooms for 1 nights stay and we were never given money off for the inconvenience.

The staff was helpful and kind

The sink was clogged, the comforter was old and not clean, the room needed to be vacuumed and the bed was not very comfortable. If did not get what I paid for.

Cleanliness Layout of room 12pm checkout time

Receptionist guy(mexican)was very hospitable at check in, but as I was walking out and went to drop off room keys at front desk, the same guy wouldnt let me leave until he knew I paid for room. He made me search for confirmation and it was really weird.

The hotel staff was outstanding! Very helpful and truly appreciated us staying there. They even gave guest home made cookies daily. Breakfast was great also.

Just a couple things needed maintenance. The bathroom exhaust fan didn¿t work. The beds did not get made daily. And the last thing was the elevator carpet was real bad, needed replaced.

The bathroom was very small. The breakfast was good but food ran out fast. The first two morning was due to a bus tour, I think the hotel should have been prepared for that many people. Also the coffee ran out fast everyday & it was slow to be replaced.

Buffet breakfast could have been better. Food items sat empty for a long time. Space for sitting was too small. Coffee was always empty.

Great location friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and room was clean also nice Breakfast.

The room was dirty food on the floor, bugs in bathroom and sheets were not properly fitted on beds.

The hotel was conveniently located to what we had planned to do during our trip.  was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large enough for 5 people. We weren't stepping on each other.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable to me. The bar wasn't stocked with a variety of drinks to choose from. I like frozen drinks (pina colada & strawberry daiquiri) but that wasn't an option.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was quite good . Overall had a good experience

This hotel has seen some wear and tear probably because of its proximity to the Grand Ole Osprey.

This hotel was perfectly located. Plenty of restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Staff was friendly and courteous, they were able to offer suggestions and recommendations on things to do. The front desk person that was welcoming and stood out was Cory

I was just a little upset that my room was suppose to have a microwave and it wasn¿t there! After a night on broadway, I had no way to warm up my leftovers s¿¿. Will book again

The hotel was clean, it was comfortable, the staff were polite and helpful. I'm sensitive to bad smells and noise. This hotel had no smell and was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the hot water was hot right away!

The location wasn't the most convenient if you want to be close to the downtown area. But if you have a car and don't mind driving a little, this hotel was a good place to stay. I wouldn't think twice about staying there again.

The guys at check-in were wonderful

1st morning desk person wasn't friendly at all. Breakfast was not open at the time, She just said she isn't ready without even looking at us. Face in a computer.No sanitizer in breakfast area &other sanitizers were empty.Trucks broke into in morning..

The location to the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center was less that 3 minutes away from the hotel. Quite a few good restaurants were in close proximity to the hotel.

The wall sockets needed to be reset multiple times by me during my stay.
