The location was great

They doubled charged me. The food was not great.

The front desk staff, im fact all the staff members I encountered were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable about the area.

No, it's was a great stay!

Had a oversized vehicle and they helped me find a spot very good front desk and valet a parking attendant

 the front desk was exceptional. She allowed us to check in early, worked with us on our parking and was very professional and friendly. Driver per front desk was very professional, courteous, and reasonable for uber service.

Saturday night staff at rooftop was very negligent. Poor service, dirty tables, and bartender spent most of her time talking with one table. She was not friendly, offer other tables drinks. Several other customers upset as well!

Clean, friendly, zero issues. Close to so many good places to eat.

Everyone working there, that I came in contact with was absolutely amazingly friendly and attentive to my questions and helpful. They have the best Valets in the business in my opinion as well! The brisket for breakfast was absolutely Awesome as well!!

The location and view

This hotel charges guests 25.00 to park your own car or you can valet for 25.00. This was not explained to us at check in. It's a very expensive hotel and should not charge your guest to park. Also housekeeping knocked on our door twice before checkout.

The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff was wonderful, followed up after our stay, very courteous.

Great location within walking distance of many restaurants and retail stores. Nice rooftop bar as well.

We were put in a room which wasn't properly outfitted. Also, hotel is very dated.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. EVERYONE was so helpful and polite. They help with directions to a local business, and helped with a place to do delivery for dinner. Breakfast was perfect, hot food hot and fresh, cold was cold.

Needs to have better street sign to help identify at night.

The rooftop bar

They need to advertise that there is a $20 per night minimum to park. With taxes that is a significant increase to the nightly rate advertised.

Clean, easy to park great breakfast

Staff, bar was over priced. Weak drinks. When about the shuttle bus they looked at me like why do you need that?

Stayed 4 nights and only had our room cleaned once. Would not stay and pay their price for this hotel again.
