Proximity to where we were going

Paid for a king size bed and got a suite with 2 queen beds "to make up for not having anymore king bed." Husband and I were on a date trip and wasn't particularly fond of sleeping in separate beds...Lighting in room left something to be desired.

They could not find my reservation (even though I had paid in full), a/c didn't work, gave me the wrong style room from what I reserved, internet was awful and no usb plug ins. I will never stay at this location again when traveling to Nashville.

The staff was extremely nice and the location was across the street from our favorite restaurant.

Everything needed to be renovated and updated! The chair in the room was so old and dirty that we draped a towel over it before sitting on it.

They allowed a early checkin - to a total dump. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!

This place has been clearly neglected. The mold and mildew smell in the room was overwhelming. The shades in our room were broken. The TV didn't work. FILTHY AND DISGUSTING! Rent a car and sleep in that. It would be cheaper and cleaner.

The room, furniture, bedding was filthy. Valet upon arrival was unorganized and made us late for our concert. No hairdryer in the room, floors dirty, elevators were nasty.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I called to the front desk to ask about someone coming to look why the water wasn¿t getting hot in the shower and they told me ¿it won¿t get hot but turn the sink on and it will heat it up faster.¿ Didn¿t work so cold shower it was!

Great location to the highway and walking distance to resturants. Great large room. Most of all NO dog fee¿¿

Two things made this a horrible experience. 1. Dogs in the room down the hall barked at everything that made a sound all night and morning. 2. Housekeeping woke me up at 9 to see if I was going to be out of my room soon.. checkout is noon. Not cool.

I didn't like that fact that the front desk agent was eating a PLATE of food while checking me in. Hotel was dirty...not well maintained

rooms were not very clean we had like 2 towels the staff did not provide a brief tour of the space nor a quick explanation the roof top patio was not as presented online.

we had no water for multiple hours of the day, the staff lied, was rude, had no answers. our wifi didn¿t work the entire stay.

Nice hotel. Corner room was huge with a beautiful panoramic view.

Sheets were horrible with pilling that was extremely rough. Humidity was very high & could not get the room to a comfortable temperature although I set it at 68°. Between these two issues, I probably only slept 3-4 hours. I wouldn¿t stay here again.

The entire staff was amazing with the exception of one desk clerk and she may have just been having a bad day? But the rest of the group was super friendly and I felt amazingly comfortable and at home.

The only thing they could improve on is the selection of drinks and snacks offered, their cooler was mostly empty but there is a convenient store 1/4 mile away so it wasn't that big of a deal to me.

They cancelled our reservation before we got there because they tried to charge my card and it was declined. This should of never happened because I had selected a room with the pay later option. There¿s more but I can¿t type it all¿.

The hotel staff is great but location, Midtown, is perfect. Walk around the corner and you have Midtown nightlife. 15 minutes to The Gulch and 5 more to Broadway spots.

Need to pay $30 for parking without knowing ahead of time. Needs some upkeep.Showers outdoated. Elevator needs paint.

The hotel was located in the downtown area.

My room was dirty. I informed the staff. I cleaned the room before the staff arrived. I assisted with changing the linen. I was I for that we would get a new room. We never received a new room.

Location, staff, amenities

Location was perfect for us and the staff was above reproach. They were very professional and apologetic for their closed services.

They were the only hotel in Nashville with their bar and restaurant closed. The attached restaurant also closed too early. Shower handle was broken, exhaust fan in bathroom broken, windows dirty and cloudy as well as roof area closed.
