    • Clean room BUT the 42.00 parking is insane! If I buy a room it should include a parking space! Explain that up front for people.
    • The Mexican restaurant next door
    • Great boutique hotel, friendly staff and convenient location in Downtown!

    Cons -

    • TELL ONLINE YOU DONT OFFER FREE PARKING AT YOUR HOTEL! 42.00 FOR VALET PARKING IS REDICULOUS!!!!!!!
    • Was too pricy for an average looking hotel inside and also charge an additional amount to park your car at their motel
    • Valet parking is required & costs $45/night. I prefer to park my own vehicle & pay less. The rooms are very old and in ill repair. There are holes in the walls and missing caulking in the bathrooms. It wasn't dirty just old.

Seven the valet was the best experience ever had with Valet . When he wasn't there it was a big drop off . One day no one was out there til almost 9 then I realized the valet was just sitting inside the whole am.

Bartender wanted play guitar instead make drinks so we walked away and never had a drink at bar our whole stay

The staff is amazing! Great location to tourists attractions while being far enough away from the noise of the Quarter.

The hotel could use some TLC. Stains in the bathtub, elevator buttons burned out, only one elevator working.

    8JordanPosted on: 4-15-2025

Room size, the room was larger than anticipated

Staff was very rude on multiple occasions and we only stayed one night

    9Verified guestPosted on: 2-24-2025

Window shades in the room where broken, no privacy. Alerted staff she we checked out

    10EPosted on: 2-21-2025

The customer service, cleanliness, and convenience of location

The breakfast options sucked. Not a lot of space for food placement.

A lovely mid town hotel. Lovely big rooms and excellent breakfast for a 'continental' offering. 30 mins walk to Broadway and 15 minutes to The Gulch district which has fabulous restaurants and cafes. A nice calm area to wonder around. We used Uber to get around and ventured out to Franklin. A historical site 20 minutes drive from Nashville. We stayed 5 nights.

The hotel was very nice, very quiet and comfortable.

Parking is a little hard to understand ie where to park and how to get to the parking garage

    8LisaPosted on: 2-15-2026

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location will be back

We were there in January and the lobby was a little cool especially in the morning during breakfast.

    Very quiet and comfy beds

The hot water in the shower doesn't work that well

    10ReneePosted on: 2-7-2026

The location was very close to downtown. The rooms were spacious and clean.

I didn’t like having to pay 40.00 to park. I had stayed there previously and parking was free.

    Staff eas friendly and helpful

There is no bar Breakfast was the same everydayShampoo n conditioner and soap in the room was just enough for one person for a single use Rooms were not cleaned or offered to be cleaned everHad to seek out desk clerk for clean towels and soaps and was told they were the only staffThis used to be a better hotel

    7JamiPosted on: 1-19-2026

The room was clean and comfortable.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived to check in. The breakfast and "grab and go" snacks in the lobby did not include any vegan options.

Location was good, lobby area and staff nice

No daily room attendants, stayed for 3 days not once did we get housekeeping no towels changed, trash removed etc. Seems a little strange as its pretty basic at any hotel or accomodation
